Will not recommend this firm. Very poor representation thru out whole W/C and personal injury cases 4 yrs with very little results.

This law firm helped me out so much. They gathered all my information they needed & let me know every step of the way what was going on. I'm very appreciative & thankful they helped me with my case

PLEASE do not go to this firm, in 6/2017 I got injured on the job went to Michael Goldberg's firm, he gave 30 min off his time, 25 min to talk about how good he is, and how he has never lost a case. Well 8 mnths later with no dr appt, no pain meds ,no xrays, miss informed staff, they sent me to go see a AME, 1 yr in to this mess they called me in to settel, there was nothing to say, he decided how much i was getting, they deducted all workers comp that was giving to me, his fees of course, traveling fees and no S.S. Still in pain, cant walk, lower back hurts, left leg is numb, knee swollen, foot tingels, injured body parts pop with movement, and they sent me out with a slap in the face, back to work. NO MONEY, NO NOTHING. VERY DISAPPOINTED! ☹

Waste of my time. He could've told me he was not interested in my case by phone. Did not even look at me while he was talking.

Never returned calls and never told me what to expect from interview with doctors appointment consultant. Takes the percentage of award but in three years I had to get upset before I was even allowed to schedule an appointment for follow up.

They have always gave my husband the run around never returns calls my husband case goes back many years its open they had a deposition a while back the said they send copies of it never did never called him back the only way we go a call back many years ago was calling Better Business Burro on the B.B.B then they call back upset about us having to contact them and still they don't do what they say my husband has gone with many Medication tooken away and they done nothing . SMH man I can go on and on

My husband got injured on the job Aug of 2015. He has no medical care. Xrays...cat scans but no treatment. This has been a complete nightmare and this law firm is the main reason why. We too cannot get questions answered or get different answers every time he called. My husband is a human being not just a paycheck at the end. At one point Mr Goldberg was talking to my husband about the incorrect QME report. Almost 3 years later..no treatment..no more workers comp benefits. We now live in a trailer. Also my husband received someone else's medical recorded ( QME) and his was sent to god knows who..but once again every time you call they state they cannot help us with that. Mr Ibarra is nice but also not forthcoming or helpful because my husband still has spasms every single time he sneezes, coughs, or laughs. And nobody cares. Definitely do not go to this law firm.

I wouldn't even give them a star. Waste of time dont even bother going with this fake firm. They never communicate with you at all, david ibarra (my so call lawyer) had to bring someone else to my deposition that was useless. She looked jumpy and was shaking a lot, which I thought was a odd behavior. I just took the first offer they gave me since they wouldn't bother negotiating for me and told me it's better than nothing. Really a big waste of time.

David ibarra and Russell Sahlin of Goldberg and Ibarra law firm are SHYSTER LAWYERS. TWO years they stalled my workers compensation claim to make a profit at the expense of my health and livelihood. I have the medical records to prove Ibarra and Sahlin suppressed those medical records from the court with concrete emails from me demanding to hold a hearing and end the claim, all attempts ignored. All records are in writing. David Ibarra and Russell Sahlin don't care squat about their clients, only profit. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

The worst lawyer you could ask for, please do not waste your time with them, they are not for you, they actually work with work mans comp, they don't fight for you, would never recommend them to anyone, wont let me post unless I give a star, but believe me they dont deserve a star

Dealing with them since October 2016 . NEVER return calls until I've called multiple times. If you don't remind them about sending over your paperwork to Dr or insurance it won't get done & you'll go with your payments until they catch up to what needs to be done at the last minute. The paralegals are ALWAYS to busy to answer a question or give an update on YOUR CASE. Very unprofessional. And if I would've known what I know now I never would've trusted them with my workers comp case. Save yourself the time and frustration & do your research before settling with using them.

This is my first time ever having an attorney and they sure seem to know what they are doing and make sure you feel comfortable with the whole thing. Things are moving pretty fast and easy. It's time consuming but nothing happens overnight. You definitely gotta have patience.

We went to goldberg and Ibarra after being with another lazy lawyer. I wish we would have gone to them from the start. We got better results. The paralegals were very helpful, explained when I didn't understand. Also I didn't have to tell my story over and over. I'm very happy with the results, pleased with the office staff. Patience is the key, nothing happens overnight.

I went in to talk to someone about getting hurt at work to see if i had a case. i felt like the people in this office were racist and didn't want to talk to me because of the color of my skin. act like they didn't have time to answer questions and didn't help me with my case. i'll go somewhere else and you should to.

This place is a joke! I have to call 3-4 times before i get a call back. i usually speak to assistants and not lawyers. I only spoke to the lawyer one time. It is impossible to get answers and responses to requests.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other lawyer for your legal needs. This place is a joke. I met with Michael Goldberg where he just sat and talked about how great he was the whole entire time. Then i talked to his paralegals. The girl i dealt with was rude and unprofessional, not answering my questions during the appointment. When i walked through the office, there was an older lady, who was complaining about how hot the office was and yelling that she could not take a summer like that. the whole experience was very unprofessional. there office is nice though. Only nice thing i can say.
I called later that day to schedule another appointment with the attorney with more questions and was passed to a calendar lady. She was so rude and short with me that i ended up hanging up.
Like i said...Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! This place is horrible.

Better Call Saul. Michael Goldberg plays into the stereotypical incompetent lawyer role. I was involved in a assault case where group Hispanics used a power drill and leg kicks directed at my face causing myself to loose 9 teeth. Mr Goldberg continued to use the talking point, that most likely the suspects dont have any money and in return was seeking more money from bar owner im assuming to recoup legal fees. A judge settled a 5,000 settlement in which his employee Adam Rushing, dropped the case so it would not conflict in civil suit against bar owner. Turns out bar owner will be paying only $1200 and the actual suspect of horrific crime is walking justice free... due to the incompetence of this law firm. Michael stated he tried to help me and proceeded to hang up the phone. Another situation in which a lawyers inability to understand the victim is looking for real justice and not whats best for the firms interest.

Been with the Goldberg law firm since 2006. They are pretty good as long as you stay on top of your case.

this place sucks im still being treated for my accident, basically they figured they aren't going to get paid so they drop my case and its almost a year. Also they dont care bout clients no one checks to see how you are doing, their staff is so freaking rude when your in the office and not one of them knows how to do their job. I was under them n I still had to pay out of pocket for dr bills they said they will take care of it. they gave me basicly a dear john letter. ugggggg whatever fine good riddence

I have been working with this law firm for the last 3 years for my Workmen Comp and car accident case. I receive updates and explanations of what is happening with my case and feel that I am being taken care of personally. The staff is great and have a lot of knowledge. I am so happy with the results and would refer anyone to their office.

I thought I was the only one who is having a horrible experience with this law firm but I guess not. I am currently a client of theirs (car accident case)and it's been over a year that they still have not sent my records over to the other party's insurance to get my first offer. I'm getting the run around from them and a lot of excuses of how theyr blaming it on a doctor office I was seen by in 2014. I would never refer anyone to this law firm and I hope more people read reviews before turning to this law firm. I'm probably never going to get my money. And I only put a star so I'd be able to post a review on here

I hired this firm two years ago for a workers comp case involving a back injury, once i had a fusion done on my back it wasn't a little over a month when they scheduled an appointment with my QME, I was still in a lot pain from the surgery barley walking I told my attorney it was to soon they replied back to me " if we left it up to our clients to decide when they are ready they wouldn't ever be ready" I have asked for a letter to be written for a final eval with my QME, and it has been over two months now and no letter has been written it has been a year since my surgery and i am ready to settle my case. One of the aids handling my case hung the phone up on me when i was expressing my concerns about my case. all in all I would not referrer them to anyone. I feel my case was not handled correctly or given the time it deserves. It has been a year and they still have not done things they should have done when the time was right. Now i get the run around and feel like i am being brushed off
