I hired this firm in 2016 and they have worked with me with my children custody been very professional,lovely and caring and have to say SHYLO & MR FANUCCHI are such amazing people . I won my case. Im very satisfied with there law firm .They Kept me posted all the way. I've never had problems contacting them. The staff is very friendly , I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends. Im truly very thankful
My original post is below, but this is a continuation of it since there was some actions from my so called attorney, Rene Zuzuarregui.
Yeah, I saw their response, which is BS. Nobody contacted me but to threaten to drop me as a client for leaving the review below. Nobody from this office has spoken to me at all for months upon months. Again, the only call I received from my attorney was to threaten that he would drop me as a client, which was left as a message because he would not speak to me personally, (I still have voicemail message to give to Bar Association and BBB), which doesn't seem like their written response matches what they actually did or how I was treated. I will be calling the bar association and the BBB to file complaints because that's just wrong. As a client, you simply state the truth, continually asking for help, or some response and when you can't get any help you file a review and get threatened? Whoever the owner is, needs to check the "I'm untouchable and better than you" attitude of his employees, specifically Rene Zuzuarregui. I only asked for help and this is how I got treated, so if you want to use these folks to represent you, make sure you don't ask any questions or ask for help or expect answers, just be patient and when they deem it necessary, maybe they will respond without a threat. All I have is a threatening phone message and a piece of paper they sent me recently with no apologies, just one legal form requiring me to sign so they can drop me as a client after three years and all I asked for was to settle my claim since I was moving out of state. If that's the owners way of making them "better" that's a laugh. Thanks so much Mr owner.
I was injured in February 2013 and have had nothing but problems with getting things done. It has gotten so bad that currently I have been contacting nearly everyone in the office by email, by phone and personally and a month has gone by and they still haven't replied other than to say, "we will contact you in two weeks" then nothing for over a month now. I have told them I'm moving to Iowa in a month and need to finally settle the case and they simply don't care because they will get their money whenever they feel like getting paid but their clients are definitely not put first so: I ADVISE TO FIND ANOTHER GROUP OF ATTORNEYS!!!

My personal experiences with the staff at Quinlan, Kershaw, and Fanucchi have been top notch. Every time I've called, I've been put in touch with the right person and have always had my questions answered. They have been so responsive, that I have recommended friends to them for service as well. If you're looking for help from a firm that will stand up for you, call them!

I hired this law firm to represent my workers compensation case 2 years ago. My case is just now settling and to a point where I have questions that I need answered because it is my future that is at stake. I have not been able to get anyone in this office to return a phone call, set up an appointment for a face to face, or answer any questions. I HIGHLY suggest going anywhere else for your work comp case needs!!
