Shannon Kelly and her office team have horrible communication with their clients. She has dropped the ball in the communication field and will not fight for you but will charge you as if she did. Shannon Kelly literally yelled at me on the phone because I asked the court if I could appear by phone since I live out of state something she said the court wouldn't allow (they allowed it). She also said they wouldn't give me a continuance more than 2 weeks out (they did). She also accused me of being guilty of what the other party was accusing me of even though I hadn't even talked to her about my case at all ( I couldn't pay her enough to listen). I would not recommend her to my worse enemy as I have never been disrespected the way she disrespected me nor have I ever dealt with anyone as unprofessional as her. She will not follow up with you regarding your case and then will blame you when you do your own work. Do not use her services. She will just take your money to negotiate and scare you into agreeing with the other party. She told me I was about to lose custody of my daughter even though it was not even a custody motion.

Great attorney that gets things done as long as you allow her to do her job and you don't need that much communication.
