I was more than satisfied with how Mr Giles represented me in court and would recommend him as an attorney to anyone needing fair representation..I liked how he treated me like a person and not a criminal, thank you Mr Giles

Soule was the gentleman that was suppose to be my lawyer but I learned quick he just wants to rush through the case. He didn’t care for what i had said or proved! It was a custody case and I was really open with my side, visiting and the mother could have the holidays I would take days after that or before. Every other weekend and she has the child during the week .(which she wants). Now when her lawyer came back with a ridiculous request of me only getting a few hours a month for 6 months then after that it would switch to a few more hours. Before this I had her all the time and on weekends!!! My lawyer(soule) was quick and said I should take that deal. Are you kidding me, I have no criminal history, I didn't drink! There was nothing wrong but he just kept saying there wasn’t anything for him to do more. So I dropped him as my lawyer obviously! Could he have done more?

I am updating 1/30/20. I reached out to S&G (last attempt) and my call WAS answered. The Assistant knew who I was, they were aware of my review. I was impressed that they empathized with my reference point, and were EXTREMELY professional, polite and apologetic. They had rectified the error and said I wouldn’t get any more bills or emails. In today’s environment, honestly I expect most businesses to yell at me, deflect and never apologize or take responsibility. Doyle and Giles behaved the way I was taught...that says something about how they conduct their Law Practice. Clearly THEY ARE A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS and somehow there were hiccups on top of the original error. Based on how they behaved with me, I WOULD RECOMMEND and changed my 1 STAR to 5!! I left the original review for context. Thank you.
I don’t even know if this is a legitimate Law Firm. I attempted to contact them via landline, no answer no voicemail? What brick and mortar Law Office doesn’t accept messages??
They have been emailing me invoices for a long time 12 mos+. Only my email isn’t their “customer”? No phone, no opt out at the bottom. It’s my opinion this is too fishy and maybe a scam. Email going in junk and hopefully if they are legit, they’ll stop emailing me and email Sheena Lyons, their customer (Sheena, really??) that even sounds fake!

Clayton Soule was a great attorney in helping me resolve issues in a custody battle with my ex wife. Would highly reccomend this firm in any family law case.

I hired Clayton Soule to help me at a time when I had suffered the death of a loved one and found myself possibly losing much of my personal property. He was able to meet with me very soon after I had received my first legal notice and needless to say, I was very upset and emotional. Clayton listened with a sympathetic ear, corresponded immediately with the opposing side, and always kept me up to date with my case. I was pleased with the outcome of my case, his knowledge and professionalism, and would definitely use his services again.

I wouldn't recomend Clayton Soule for family law. He works harder to accomodate the apposing party then zeliously advocating for his client. He'll seek to do as little as possible and treats every case the same. He has the "one size fits all" mind set. Find a competent attorney to work for you.
