If you have a lot of time and money, this is the divorce lawyer for you. I didn't have either. I'd give a lower score if possible. Paid what she asked. Still no court date after 1st appearance and a motion that didn't stop my ex. from selling and giving away my belongings. I imagine she's over booked. Over +6,000. in billing and nothing settled. Been to mediation and no court date to speak of.

Kathleen is the best of the best!!! She listened to every concern I had. She told me all my options and how they could turn out. She is worth all of her knowledge! She made my custody battle nice and smooth. She fights for you not against you!! I can't thank her enough!

She is HANDS DOWN the BEST divorce/child custody lawyer in Kansas. She is a no-nonsense type person who really takes charge. She can seem arrogant as another person stated on here, but that is simply because she has done this for so long and knows EXACTLY what she is doing and what you should be doing. There is no attorney in Wichita that is worth their weight in gold as she is. I will forever be thankful that we hired her and our children will be as well!

Difficult to work with. Very arrogant. She did not listen to my concerns, and any time I called her to ask a question, she wanted to meet with me instead of addressing my concern on a phone call. I think she did that to add to her billable hours on my case.
