I would recommend Jessica Burns for any type of family law she is very passionate with her cases she takes on. I hired her in the middle of a case and she had to take her time and go in and fix my past attorneys mistakes and refile everything she was very up front with how the case could turn out but she took into consideration everyone of my concerns as did her paralegal lisa. Everytime I called lisa knew exactly who I was and listened about everything I had to say I always got a very quick response on everything. I ended up with a very reasonable custody outcome from the trial lisa and Jessica prepared Jessica fought in court for my son and I will forever be thankful for her and for lisa for all the hard work that was put into my case.

Mrs. Burns was the GAL for my granddaughter and I cannot say enough positive things. We hired Jessica Burns about 9 years ago. The actual client was my girlfriend at the time, and she had issues with a number of things like recall of dates and time, as well as trouble communicating. In life, I acted as her interpreter for a lot of things. When we talked to other lawyers, they would demand things of her that she was not capable of. Great for family law

I had a great experience with Ms. Burns and how she handled my divorce and custody of my kids. It did take some time to finish up, but that had to do with my Wife not agreeing to terms for our visitation. I have already recommended her to my buddy at work.

I met with Ms. Burns for a free consultation in Dec 2016 and then hired her to represent me in my divorce. When I hired her she did not tell me that she would be taking off for almost 2 weeks during the Holidays. I called many times to talk to Ms. Burns about my case as I did not think it was moving forward, but was always told she was not available for an appointment. I finally fired Ms. Burns and had another attorney help me and was divorced within a couple of weeks. The best thing about her practice is her Paralegal Lisa. She was always very helpful and apologetic.
