Elizebeth talks a great game to reel you in & then pawns you off to a flunky attorney she recruited to "build her business".
Got the run around for several MONTHS after they took my money.
One excuse after another and nothing done.
High turn over in attorneys & office staff.
They keep raking in clients but dont take care of them.
Once they take your initial payment, you can expect little to nothing EXCEPT being lied to, brushed off, ignored while you set there for a follow up appt that you made because your calls & need for help are ignored.
If you have issues that really matter to you, you wont find help here. This firm loves the easy stuff & fast money makers. (Traffic tickets).
Clients to them are simply people that pay their bills. Quanity not quality !!

very poor divorce representation. 2 attorneys went through my case and neither one braught up abuse or theft in court. second attorney didnt even object to something being braught up that didnt even have to do with my case. very unprepared, very expensive, very high turnover in attorneys. very unknowlagable of how divorce proceedings work. only recommended if you want to hand over your children to an abusive mother.

Couldn't have had a better experience with the BEST attorney. Elizabeth is so busy but helped my brother out of a tough spot (I used her before and she was great).

Elizabeth personally handled some very serious charges for me and I couldn't be happier. I'm so glad I came to her and I will for sure send all my friends her way!

Went to this law firm over my custody case. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life. I felt humitlated. One of the attorneys was supposed to appear with me when it was my first custody hearing never showed. This law firm did nothing for me at all besides not show up for court and not have a clue what they are doing. I fired the attorney I had because it was such a joke. Even my sons fathers attorney had laughed at this attorney because they are a joke. They won’t show up to your court dates, won’t return your call for days. I will never go back to this law firm I threw about $3,000 in the trash. The attorney I had wouldn’t file anything unless I got rude and went up there. Also they put down there clients. One of there attorneys added me on accident to this group chat they had and continuously put down there clients. I still have screenshots all these attorneys are jokes. Would never ever recommend this law firm to anyone. I quit paying this lawfirm by choice because how awful Lauren and Matt were.

I went to this office a year ago. I paid $50 was led to believe they could help me. So $50 later and waste of an hour half of my time- I never heard a work back from them! It’s sad that money was taken just for someone to take notes and nobody ever reached back out to us.

I paid to get a DWR ticket dropped to a different charge. Was told and expected something that apparently didn't happen. Am NOT happy with the outcome of the case. And definitely will not be using this law firm again.

Elizabeth and her office are amazing! They handled some tickets for me and I couldn't be happier. I understood from the beginning that it takes a few months for them to do their jobs, but wow! She got me some great deals and I'm thankful. Now my license won't get dinged and I set up a payment plan to take care of everything. I'l be sure to come back!

While I feel the staff at Elizabeth Turner Law are friendly, I felt I had significant trouble getting staff to call me back or inform me of the status of my court date, outcome, etc.

My first meeting with Elizabeth was entirely smooth, and she made me feel as if this process would be simple and smooth as well. As she requested, I gave her all my documentation immediately upon our visit that day, and I was told that I would be notified of the status of my court date, and whether or not I would have to attend. I paid her a significant amount that day for what I expected to be outstanding services.

Unfortunately, I was not informed of anything regarding my court date or my attendance. Instead, I called on two occasions to inquire of these, where the receptionists loosely told me I shouldn't have to go to my court hearing, as "usually they don't have to." It was during this phone call that I was also notified that my court date has changed. Thank goodness I called, right? The receptionists told me that I would be notified of the outcome of court.

So, my court date passed and I waited, and I received no notification. I again called the office, to which I was told that they were moving buildings and I would be contacted by the end of the week. I was again, never contacted.

Two weeks later, I called the office again, and explained that I would like to know of the outcome of court regarding my case. I was told that only one attorney was in the office and was with someone. I explained that I had been working with this law office since October, to which the receptionist responded that she would speak with another individual in the office who may know more information. When she returned, she had the information regarding my case, and I was finally informed of the outcome.

Today, I came to the office and signed my final paperwork from court and wrote my final check to the law office. I've been told there's nothing else for me to complete regarding my case.

Yeah, not a huge fan of the service right now. Just glad it's over.

Update:
Elizabeth called me this evening after reading my review. First, she apologized for my experience, stating that this is not what she envisions for her business. Next, she stated that she wished to use this as a learning opportunity for her business and her staff, and that she would review my experience with her employees so other clients would not experience this in the future. Not only did I feel her apology was genuine and heartfelt, but I was very pleased at her response.

I have lived in the Springfield & Nixa Missouri towns for years over which i have been had numerous traffic tickets as well as over the years several accidents i also travel a lot and and have used attorneys in many other citys i used many attorneys that had great reports but i received a ticket in the Joplin Missouri area that Elizabeth Turner Law LLC represented me on I would just like to tell anyone who needs an attorney in the areas of country she represents this is the overall best representation i have ever represented me it was a no hassle from beginning to the end the whole staff was on the ball and i own a company and lost no trips or time. I gamble in the area weekly so thank goodness for Elizabeth Turner she also from here on will represent me in Springfield and Area BASICALLY I HIGHLEY RECOMMEND HER and no she is not family i never knew her till a few months ago and i will be also telling all my family and rriends
