I recently went to Brad Bradshaws office to see about a possible medical malpractice suit and found them very disappointing. I explained my situation to and office staff person and was told I would hear from someone in their office . After a month went by I made several calls and was never able to talk to anyone but a receptionist. 2 months later after no results I went to the Piatcheck law firm and spoke with Scott Taylor in my first visit and in just a few minutes had a very good understanding of my potential case. I am very impressed with the Piatcheck firm and very disappoint in Bradshaws firm. They are rude and unprofessional.

I was in a minor accident a while back and injured my shoulder. After talking with Brad Bradshaw, and his team, they assured me that I would be taken care of. A few short months later I got a call explaining the plan and amount expexted for the settlement. Within a few weeks I recived my settlement without any hassle on my side. I highly recommend Brad, and his team!

I called several different attorneys when I was hit by a car but Brad actually came to my house himself and talked me through everything I could expect. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. His entire staff was great and helped me through the entire process. I would recommend Brad Bradshaw to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Bradshaw was awesome. Hee took time to meet with us and was very thorough in explaining everything. His staff was very helpful and kept us informed as negotiations were ongoing. We got what we asked for, and more.

This place was amazing!! I never knew Missouri had such an interesting place. We were on our way home to Springfield MO and stopped to get some low sugar fudge. It was yummy! But that candy store had every kind of candy and souvenirs in it! Plus a jaul, side show, biggest belt buckle, Zoltar, so much fun!!!

I gave 4 stars because nobody's perfect and everyone needs room to grow and improve on things but other than that I have really no complaints at all with my experience they did their job they stayed in contact with me and they were professional.

Dr. Bradshaw's office was always timely in giving me any new information they found out about my case. He and Kathy explained everything to me and made sure I fully understood what was happening. They showed me nothing but patience and professionalism and I would recommend them to anyone who needs an attorney to help in an injury related case.

I had an automobile accident, it took over a year to settle, and they settled for the limit. I could have done that within 30 days and not paid them 33% of my claim. I would really suggest using someone else. These type of attorneys like he and Aaron Sachs are so busy that they do not give special attention to your case. They really are worried only about the large cases so farm out the small cases to their legal assistants who tell you every time you call that they are awaiting paperwork from somewhere. Not a fan!!!

He is a very good Attorney. He helped me once on a workmans comp knee scope case. Everything was paid, I got the therapy I needed. With the bill's paid and no lost wages, I got back to work with my job in record time. I most definitely will recommend and will hire Him as needed. Thank you Mr Bradshaw

Not as honest as he advertises... He settles cases but does not pay the doctors or hospitals their bills and people end up getting screwed with the doctors.

Brad Bradshaw's Law Firm is a fantastic place to have your case heard.They will treat you and your case the dignity it deserves and respects. I've only know the staff to be friendly, courteous, and professional.

Brad is a doctor, a lawyer, and a surgeon! Who does that? Someone that genuinely cares for people and their best interest.

In 2018, there was a huge push for several Medicinal Legalization Amendments in Missouri. Brad spearheaded one of these amendments while others supported several others. Unfortunately some saw this as a tactic to accuse Brad and his intentions to insinuate him becoming some sort of "drug czar" or king pin. That is not even remotely true.

His intent and concerns were legitimate and compassionate. His political opponents took this opportunity to smear his campaign and slander his name and business. Which is just sad.

I stand by and highly recommend Brad Bradshaw and his law firm staff!

There are so many 1 star reviews, but most of them within a couple months of each other, and during the medical marijuana vote and they left no comments about having done business with the Bradshaw firm. What an unfair way to fight back at an idea you do not like. Brad is a great lawyer, and a great person. Deserves 5-stars.

I sincerely wish I had looked at Bradshaw's ratings and reviews before my son called whomever it is that takes Bradshaw's phone calls 24 hours a day. Coulda saved us both some trouble. I'll admit that I don't know much about these big law firms with all of their billboards and in-your-face advertising, but I do know that my son has had to endure a lot of pain, and put up with way too much B.S. and aggravation, for what should have been a simple, one-time, out-patient procedure.
And now, my son (whom, 3 years later, is 21 years of age) still in quite a bit of pain and still dealing with his limited mobility due to this issue, calls up your 24 hour a day hotline, and is told that you , Bradshaw, would probably take an interest in a case like his. Do you Know that my boy was so excited that he called me at 1:30am, just to let me know he finally had some hope of getting this issue resolved .
But, come Monday morning, another phone call from the Bradshaw offices deflated my kid's hopeful outlook. My son was told by someone with your office, that he should go to a different doctor to get the medical aspect of this situation resolved, and to be sure to document everything. He was also told to get the records from the clinic where he was treated before. The records from the first, and second time they screwed it up.
Then, after he was fixed up properly, and located all thethe docume needed, THEN the great lawyers at Brad Bradshaw and assoc. might have time to talk with my son about a possible medical malpractice suit. Maybe.
Just where do you think a 21 year old, white male is going to come up with the amount of money it would take to fix the medical issue he's been having? The issue that should have been corrected two times already? My son works very hard full time, and with a wife, and a one year old daughter, simply cannot pay for a third try at a this very routine medical procedure, just so your office MIGHT find it interesting enough to consider for a "Famous Bradshaw Spotlight Lawsuit."
So, in conclusion, id like to let everyone out there know, when you see the rating of 2.7 or 2.8 stars for The Law Offices of Brad Bradshaw, there is very good reason for it.
Just call some other attorney; Bradshaw is much too busy with more important stuff to deal with the likes of you, peasant.

I'm giving Mr.Bradshaw 5 stars...mainly because I can't stand cry babies....like the two that posted here.

I made an apt with this firm. Went in after a 2.5 hour drive, I took all my ORIGINAL paperwork. I signed with this firm and was told they WOULD represent me. Gave them my paperwork. A MONTH later I received a letter stating my paperwork had been destroyed by them and they would NOT be representing me and best of luck. I was not sure why. I looked for another attorney and found one. After another couple months of rebuilding my paperwork I contacted Bradshaws office with my disappointment. I spoke to a representative in Bradshaws office and explained everything. I was guaranteed she would look into it and call me back. I didn't have a 2 million dollar case so I NEVER heard from them again. I would NOT refer my worst enemy to their office. I only rated them a 1 because I could not rate them a ZERO!!!!!.. Bad all the way around!!!! Stay away from this firm..

My sister suffered a work related injury and became disabled. The workplace offered a settlement. My sister contacted Brad Bradshaw, who told her if he couldn't get her more than they offered, he wouldn't take her case. When it was done, not only did he not get her a bigger settlement, he still took his percentage out of what she did get. She would have been better off if she had not contacted him. He's a con artist.
