I contacted Kathy Baker over a month ago and asked her for a reference as she didn't handle the type of claim I had. She said she would get back to me within a couple of days. She never called. I made several attempts to contact her, left messages with her secretary(when I could get someone to answer), and left several messages on voicemail. Never any attempt to contact me. I wouldn't recommend any business that doesn't have the courtesy or respect to contact a customer after they personally said they would. I knew Kathy personally as I was employed by her brother for 25 years. Appears bad habits run in the family. PS: Review system forces you to post a least one star.

I would not recommend this kathy baker for anything. She 8s not good at all. She will neglect everything. I have called for three weeks trying to get ahold of her, called every hour and left voice mail. No secretary. She did not even show up for court, she has also did nothing to try to help me with my case. I had to give one star just post. I don't even want her to have one star. She is worthless piece of crap. Please any who reads this. Please I beg you please do not use her. If she is court appointed please get another one. In the end you will get screwed and at the beginning also.

Kathy did an excellent job with helping us to get our grandkids!! She always had a plan for what if and we rearly needed it. In the courtroom she is a real "bulldog". Could not of been happier.
