Review: I contacted Kathy Baker over a month ago and asked her for a reference as she didn't handle the type of claim I had. She said she would get back to me within a couple of days. She never called. I made several attempts to contact her, left messages with her secretary(when I could get someone to answer), and left several messages on voicemail.
