I do not feel this man is doing his job! My granddaughter has been made to repeatedly have to go back into a neglectful and life threatening situation because mr pipkins does not believe what evidence was given to him. Photographs and hospital reports. And I promise the state of Missouri I intend to sue for the mental and physical anguish that he and the county of wright have caused my family and my grandchild. If anyone has a child custody case I would not recomend him or anyone in wright county.
