If I was just blanket rating I'd say "pretty good", but if I'm detail rating the word I'd have to use part of the time is "vague" or "just left in the dark" because that's how I felt where I was sometimes after expressing my request.

This firm handled my expungement in a timely and professional manner. My calls were returned and I received polite, meaningful and detailed answers to all of my questions- no one 'dropped the ball.' The staff went the extra mile to see to it that concerns were addressed immediately and that updates were offered. I really really appreciate that and consider it a breath of fresh air to experience excellent service (for once) in navigating the legal system in McCracken County. I recommend this firm highly. There are many choices out there. If you are looking, stop here and call them. Five stars.

They talk a good talk on your first free consultation about what they can do to defend you....but as soon as you pay them - all they do is suggest that you accept the plea. Obvious that they don't want to go to trial for you......and their friendship with the prosecuting attorney is part of the problem

Very pricey Went to court one time was charged 7000 dollars befor being asked for more and I could have did what they did by myself. I also think the were working with the prosecuting attorney and giving them information about my case that was very sensitive. Do Not Trust Them, They Are Not On Your Side!

I had a wonderful experience with Chuck and Alicia. They were always informational about any of my concerns throughout my case. I also appreciated how promptly I was notified with any updates or developments with my case as well! I personally felt the sincerity in their effort when talking with me so it helped make my situation comfortable!

They work very hard The Help win your case but some cases like Social Security it's always up to the judge.

I had the pleasure of working with Aaron Harper at Edwards & Kautz. Aaron done an amazing job and Im thankful that I had him representing me. I was involved in a car accident and very soon after I felt like I was being bullied by the insurance company. Daily phone calls sometime several phone calls.
