I'm still going thru my disability case, Sam is my lawyer, n any questions I've had have been answered, they are tremendously nice, they have been hood to me so far! I had Morgan & Morgan b4 for 4yrs, they didn't do absolutely nothing with my case, so now I have Farmer & Wright. Not very good council , at his own admission said he did not know how to handle our case sitting in court , failed miserably and bowed out of the case in middle of court ,very poor work ethic and seems to be the same opinion of him of several legal firms in the paducah area .

Farmer and Wright was probably the best choice I could have made in the assistance of filing for my Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. They always made sure that if there was anything they could do in helping with getting information together that they would be willing to help. Of course, with my attention issues and work schedule, from time to time I would forget certain I formation or timeline deadlines. But they always mfe sure to stay up to date with me and reassured me that if I needed anything afterwards which there was at least one call that they would handle any issues, and they have delieverd on their promise and word. I highly recommend them for anyone who is in need.

These guys did a tremendous job, at a time when my dignity was at its lowest they gave me peace of mind with how much they updated me on everything and how effortless they made it all seem. I requested multiple times to meet with Sam Wright prior to my disability hearing and only had conversations with Heather, his paralegal, who reassured me everything was prepared for a successful trial. I told her I'd feel better if we still had a meeting with Mr. Wright, being I'd never met or spoken to him, prior to my disability hearing. She said she'd let him know.
I finally met and spoke to Mr. Wright 10 minutes before we walked into the courtroom for my disability hearing. The only thing he said during the entire hearing was when he told me to tell the judge about my pain. I was on my own from there on out. The judge asked Mr. Wright for one of my medical reports and he didn't even have it in my file.
My Wright is very incompetent and careless in my opinion.
After I received my denial letter, go figure, I had to call Heather 3 times before Mr. Wright called me back to explain why I was denied. All of that should've been explained to me PRIOR to my hearing.
If your attorney is not willing to meet with you prior to your hearing, get a new lawyer.

They where nice yes but once we went to court and got an unfavorable verdict they Immediately terminated our contract with out any reason to why and waited almost 3 weeks to tell me of this

Awesome staff, I was assigned Sara as my paralegal and she did a great job taking alot of tasking off my plate so I could focus on work. Kristen the receptionist also has great communication and a genuine care for Farmer and Wright clients. Did I mention free homemade cookies for every visit? If you have a bankruptcy or disability need Farmer and Wright comes highly recommended in my book. Great job guys!
