Receptionist hung up on me after she made a rude comment. Public tax paid employees should be terminated that treat the public disrespectful. Now all I get is voicemail. I will report her to proper authorities.

Every time I call or even go there in person they act as if they have no clue what to do and apparently anyone who does have an idea of how to handle a problem is never in, or the receptionist just refuses to get a hold of them. They sit there and do nothing but look up simple information that anyone could get and then proceed to tell me things I already know as if it's new information and they actually did something. The whole system they have down there is a joke.

The people will transfer you to whoever, they don't care. You are better off going there than calling over the phone. They have terrible communication skills, and lack a brain for the better part. For all the people who work here, Fix Your Brains.
