Poor and rude communication, neglectful, deceitful, and over priced. I am in a worse state and more debt now than when I started 5 years ago. Most of the charges from my bankruptcy were just to pay attorney fees and the trustee that I wasn't informed would be taken from each and every payment.

Worst experience ever! Still waiting for settlement info of who received payment in the bankruptcy that was in 2016. Multiple request for this information!! Phone calls, emails, even personal visits, go mostly unanswered, the latest one from 7-17-19. Many hoops had to be jumped through, even reopening of the case for another $300 due to failure to complete counseling that was never explained as needing to be completed. I think it is finally over, but who knows? I sure don't have, and can't get any proof that it is.
