I hired Mr. Wilcutt to represent me in an EPO/DVO case and also a contested divorce action. He was amazing. He finally got justice served as it should have been the entire time. I read some of the other reviews on here about him from those who were unhappy and could not disagree more with them. He always responds to e-mails and makes plenty of time to meet with you at appointments. If you are looking for an aggressive attorney then this is the person you should consult with.

Excellent Attorney. I had a very contested divorce and child custody case and he took it all the way to trial and got me exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend his services.

Worse experience with a lawyer I have ever had! He was hired as my divorce attorney and did nothing during the proceedings! It was a non-contested divorce, we never saw a courtroom, I typed up all our agreements, and when we first met I was led to believe it would be cheaper to file a non-contested divorce but I went ahead and paid his retainer of $1500. After 4 months of hardly any communication (unless I reached out) our divorce was final and I began asking for an invoice of charges; the invoice I received was nothing more of a bunch of ridiculous charges. I have no problem paying the fees for my divorce and i never intended on getting service for free, but he acted like he really did work when he didn't. My ex husband was only charged $1000 for his part in divorce and his attorney is the ELECTED Kentucky Commonwealth attorney and was still cheaper than this lawyer. Coincidentally, the "final" charges are almost identical to my total retainer of $1500. So I do not recommend him as a divorce attorney, hell he didn't even go to court for our divorce, he had to file paperwork! So if you are looking for a lawyer who will do whatever it takes to get you what you need, I do not recommend him. I wont be getting married again so I won't ever have to deal with another divorce, but if I did it would not be this lawyer. I would rate a zero if I could!

Rarely updates on information as it comes in, drags his feet about getting things done, hard to get responses through email or to answer phone calls. Will never hire again. Wish Chris Ring was closer...
