I called to make an appointment and the person that answered the phone said she would call me back to see if the attorney would handle my case. I had to call them back a couple of times, I finally left a message about a week later. The office sent me a letter indicating that he didn't want to take-on my case. So, all I can tell you is it may take awhile to get a simple question answered. She has a nice voice and was polite, although, she sounded unsure of the information given.
