I give -5. She's trash. I did more talking in court and did not get one thing I asked to happen. Misrepresentation for sure.

DO NOT USE!!!!! Absolutely horrible service!!!!! Would not return repeated emails or phone calls. Started working with in mid to late December on a very simple real estate transaction. She cashed our check on December 21st, and I did not receive the documents until January 12th. Which was only after I checked on the status of them multiple times, then admits "she found them buried under a pile of papers" and was finally "able to not be sidetracked." I sent the executed documents back on January 16th. Some time passes and I check in early March to see if she had filed the documents with the county clerk, and it still has not been recorded. After this she continues to not return mine or my sister's calls. When I email her and simply remind her of when she cashed our check, she replies back that "I've been rude, uncooperative, and took a month to get the documents back to her." All of these are absolute and utter lies, and this was the first email I or my sister were able to receive back from her in weeks. Only after she is shown how poor her performance has been, does she decide to respond and then attacks the client. Also claims in the email that she has spent "way more time on our case" which was a very simple real estate transaction than she should have, and hints that she should be paid more. In an effort to just get the papers filed, I offer to pay extra if she will just get them recorded. No response to my offer, I'm guessing because she knows her claim is false. She should have been ashamed and embarassed by this lie. The property deed was finally recorded on March 20th. This caused my sister's house to not have homeowners insurance for almost a month, because the coverage under my deceased mom's name expired. When my sister went to get her own home owners for the property she could not because the deed for the house was not in her name, even after 3 months of trying to get this relatively normal transaction done. Terrible and unprofessional.
As my attorney she wanted to work my custody case in pieces (I can only assume to charge more fees). After a year and half I wanted some results but instead she just withdrew from the case. I felt like I had to walk on egg-shells around her when discussing my case. My worst experience with an attorney. If she responds by saying she hasn't represented me, that is a lie. BTW... outside of my case she was a nice person to just chit-chat with. It was the lawyering (I know it's not a word but seemed appropriate) that she seemed to struggle with.

Ms. Lile was encouraging and supportive during our consult which enticed us to hire her to represent us in a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Quickly after hiring we started encountering no responses to emails or calls until we set up an office meeting. We felt neglected.
Upon the first court review we were told one thing only to later be told that was never said. And following that, responses to inquiries were ignored. After another call to set up an office meeting we were told she thought we had decided to discontinue the proceedings.
There was no communication or reaching out to confirm this. Only assuming and weeks of nothing passing. She quickly recovered herself and proceeded with our case of which we lost.
We had to argue to allow us witnesses because she said we needed none but finally allowed us three. But not the ones we desperately wanted. Turns out we could have had ten and all would have been heard.
We never felt she was on our side or cared about our situation. Unfortunately when you hire an attorney and pay that retainer fee you are stuck. If we had been able to we would have fired her and hired a more competent attorney.
Her office staff was great. Christy was always eager to help and always polite. She went above and beyond in preparation of our last week prior to court... But still it wasn't enough.
Or lives and that of an innocent child were devastated with our loss and feel if truly represented we could have won. Live and learn. We share this now in hopes of helping others who are seeking legal representation. Choose wisely before you drop that retainer and definitely read reviews.
Good luck to all.

There aren't enough adjectives to praise Natalie and her team. She is thoughtful, insightful and shows real dedication to her clients. She's been so good to my family and me during a weird probate situation when my father passed and is always quick to answer any questions I might have. Thank you so much for being you.

Just moved here from overseas and I wish I had seen it coming but I now know she works for the government and definitely not for the people. If you read the other reviews she only acknowledges the good ones and surprisingly doesn't remember representing the clients with bad reviews. Who leaves a review on a lawyer that didn't represent them? She is on the school board and does not care about her job as a lawyer nor the people or the family she hurts. GET OUT NATALIE!!!

Natalie was both knowledgeable and approachable. I don't speak "legal lingo" but that didn't matter when I was talking with Natalie. She explained everything but never made me feel stupid in doing so. I never felt like she was rushing me through, I always felt like she cared and wanted the best for me. Her office staff was always friendly and when Natalie could not return my call right away her receptionist would call back and let me know they hadn't forgotten me and would be calling at a specific time-and Natalie would always call at the arranged time! I highly recommend Natalie for any legal help you may need!

So many lawyers in a 200 yard radius and I ended up with this one, USELESS! I don't know where all the prior good reviews came from but that was definitely not my experience.

Whatever you do, do NOT pay her upfront. She quits after the check clears and then you have to find another lawyer to get the money back from her

Highly recommended. Superbly competent, knowledgable and excellent attention to detail. Aggressive when necessary and, where compromise is indicated, advice is objective and balanced and client autonomy respected.

Ms Lile is able to advise on a wide variety of legal matters. Having her representation has aided our business in practical ways and her measured council has allowed us to limit our legal exposure while growing our business. Her expertise in real estate and leasing was particularly helpful for securing a long term location for our business.

I have known Natalie as a lawyer for several years. For me, she has provided excellent and very persistent services both personally and professionally. I honestly believe there is nothing she can't handle. She's personable, very smart, direct but above all motivated to serve her clients to her very best. For me, she has always succeeded. If you need a lawyer, I can't recommend anybody aside from her.

Natalie is the best. I am her legal assistant/secretary and I have been working with her for about 14 months now. She has helped me countless times. One time with traffic court and then also with my family court issues. She is also a mom and so she understands were I am coming from, and she gives great advise. She works quickly and efficiently on each and every case to get the clients desired results. She never runs up clients bills with anything frivolous and we have even written two checks that I know of to give clients back the remainder of their retainer we did not use. I believe she does her very best on every case and anyone would be blessed to have her represent them. I've known her less than two years but I love her and consider her family! :)
