This is the only attorney in this area, that I know of, that will stand up to a judge. If he believes the judge to be wrong or misinterpreting a law, he will face them down. He has even been held in contempt for not backing down. He don’t play cat and mouse games with other lawyers or judges. He fights all the way and understands the laws involved before he starts.
