Great experiences with this firm. We purchased two houses last year utilizing them for both. All our paperwork was in perfect order and they bent over backward to be accommodating to our schedules. We will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Very disappointed with this firm. We have bought and sold a couple of homes over the years, never seem anything like our experience. They handled the paperwork for our purchase of our new home, and the paperwork for our mortgage. The realtor representing the sellers was present for all the paperwork dealing with the sale of the house, but was also allowed to sit in our paperwork for our mortgage. Come to find out, that realtor lives 6 houses down from us now. Who invites all your neighbors to sit in with you while you sign mortgage documents on your home? Your mortgage is private and personal. Once the paperwork for the sale of the house was complete, she should have been asked to leave. Its never the opposing realtors business to be involved with your mortgage documents.
