I started off with another lawyer and ended up working with her very last minute when an emergency happened. I feel like a lawyer of all people should respect when something is time sensitive. But instead I got the run around until halfway through my deadline only to be told that I was on my own completely from this point on until I found someone else. We have had the necessary information since March 9th, maybe shortly after with a sixty day limit to reapply. So I literally waited over 30 of those To be told just to reapply on my own and find another attorney if I wished. The icing on the cake was I didn't even get called or emailed. Something I would receive right away. I got a letter basically saying I'm on my own and reminding me of this deadline she obviously didn't care too much about. I hope other clients get better treatment. But I'm majorly disappointed.

Did not help. Switched to anther lawyer and they helped me immediately. Never in the office to answer any question.

The Ralston Firm would get 6 Stars from this guy if that were an option. Mrs. Ralston was exceptional in taking care of me in my time of need. She acted with absolute professionalism throughout the entire process, and I could not be happier with the results when all was said and done.
