Never again! My son was in a horrific car accident where the driver ran a red light last year. We have gone MONTHS and MONTHS without hearing from his attorney! 4 months had passed before we even learned that he was assigned another attorney. Then we received notification that we should be receiving a settlement offer by the end of July that did not happen until end of august which was ridiculously low. Still have not heard anything from them since August 27. And now my son who is applying for student loans faces having debt for medical collections on his credit report. So far all the “hammer” has done is help destroy an 18 year olds credit. Worst experience ever! This nightmare has been going on for OVER A YEAR!

They didnt take my case, because I wasnt injured. However the receptionist was very friendly and was able to refer me to some one she thought might be able to help.

Isaacs and Isaacs did not do their job representing me adequately. They said the other party did not have insurance and dropped my case then when my insurance company found that the other party did in fact have insurance they wanted me back as a client. Isaacs and Isaacs was not good about contacting me and keeping me updated about my case, I had to keep contacting them to get any information. My team at their office lost my papers that I faxed them and they did not file paperwork with my health insurance company on time costing me over a $1000 for my physical therapy that my health insurance would have paid if my paperwork was just filed on time and they refused to take care of the costs that was their mistake. I am highly disappointed with my experience with Isaacs and Isaacs and will never use them again if the opportunity arises and will never suggest them to a friend or loved one.

I think these guys did a wonderful job handling my case if I was to ever need a lawyer again they will be the first one I call thanks you so much for helping me.

Experience was okay overall.

The consultant taking care of my case left the firm half-way through but the new one wrapped things up after I resubmitted all of my info again.

I expected the consultant to deal with my medical insurance company but it was left up to me...

After the insurance companies, doctors, and lawyers got their cuts I was left with with a little less than 30% of the total settlement (which was still 10 times more than what the other auto insurance company offered 2 days after my accident!).

Overall I would recommend lawyers to take care of accident proceedings.

False advertising

So, far it has been good,,, it has not closed yet.... I really can't give stars cause my injury is always going to give me problems, is an still will.... The service has been great, all my questions got a answer and all my calls were return.... I will refer to others in the future... hopefully waiting on a closed case...

My mother recently used Darryl Isaacs and I'm doing this review for her. She had a very pleasant experience and she was very happy that they got her back more money than she expected. The only reason why I didn't give them five stars is that her one complaint was not getting to meet the actual attorney that handled her case. So I guess more direct contact with the person actually speaking on her behalf would have been very helpful but in the end she was very happy with her experience and she would definitely recommend their services to our friends and family and would use their services again herself.

Isaacs and Isaacs was the first attorney that I thought of when we had the wreck. I called them and they sent someone else want to talk to us. They were very concerned for the situation we found ourselves in. They we're sympathetic to the pain that we were suffering. They were good people who actually kept in touch with us through email, three phone calls, and through text messages just to find out how we were and to keep us updated about what was going on. These are the most wonderful people to work with an a horrific situation. Hopefully, I never have another accident but if I do I know exactly who to call. And I would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in an accident where they are hurt and I don't know which way to go. Isaacs and Isaacs will definitely take care of you.
