If you have just been given a speeding ticket and you feel it was unfair, and are considering just paying it DONT! I havent had a ticket in almost 10 years, and i was pulled over on my way home from work at 3am and given a bogus speeding ticket. I thought about paying it, how much could one ticket really affect my insurance? But i ultimately decided to retain the services of Mr. Spedding (for an outrageously small fee) it was about the principle of it for me.
The whole ticket and bogus proof of insurance was ultimately dismissed for assuredly less than the ticket would have cost in the first place. So it was a definite no brainer. If you recieved a traffic violation or something, you should definitely have some sort of representation. Also, he appeared in court on my behalf, so i got to stay home on my first day in two weeks and let him do all the work!
