Mr. Rowe used to be my family court lawyer, he stood up for me and now as he's the Rockcastle County attorney, I feel all Fathers will be given a chance as long as they're trying themselves! Great guy, highly recommended for any legal ?'s or anything legally related. He listens, and for the 1st time in a long time I think that fathers who are trying, might actually get a chance for the fathers side of the story to be heard. All, I can say is it's about time, all Fathers are not "deadbeats"...
