I wish i could give no stars. I went in there today 2/28/19 for a consult.
She asked me what chapter I thought I would fall under....ummmm hello, I'm not the attorney. She never sat down, she stood the whole time, said a few words, and handed me papers to get the stuff myself to file. She was basing the price on my income. Asked me twice where I lived. She didn't go over anything. The whole consult took literally 5 minutes. She is very un organized and the office is so full of clutter. Very unprofessional, and all the cases I seen sitting in the floor from the office door to another room to the bathroom and to her office i pray none of those is honest ppls files thats been waiting for her to finish up bc she even stated she was being lazy today. It shows!!! She is an elderly lady, she's nice, but very unprofessional and seems pretty forgetful. I kind of looked at this consult more of an interview for her, I would be the one paying for her services and hiring her, lawyers are everywhere, she was suposed to be trying to sell me her services as a lawyer. Least to say cheaper isnt always better. We won't be back.
I strongly suggest to not even waste ur time with an appointment. Good luck!

Worst experience with a lawyer I’ve ever had. Horribly rude, terrible service, and ripped me.

I don’t know where to begin how horrendous it was going here. I helped my partner file through her. We organized all of his documents well and gave them to her in a timely manner (two days upon request), treated her with the utmost respect, and only asked for communication at the progression of his bankruptcy case. She informed us that she would tell him to go to court in a week, and the bankruptcy would be filed in a months. We called on FIVE different occasions trying to get an update on what we should be doing, how the case was coming, etc. To each of our phone calls she said she would look into it and get back with us; she never did. On top of that, every time we called she had no idea who he was. Finally, after two months of NO COMMUNICATION we decide to pull out. When we went to her office she said okay, had no clue who we were, and could not find his file anywhere. We left expecting a call from her which never came. With my frustration I finally called and acknowledged that she did absolutely nothing for us, including going to court. So ultimately, we paid her $850 for nothing and bad service. I spoke to her, extraordinarily patient, to which she started getting extremely hateful and I asked if a partial refund would be available and she hung up. I emailed her, mailed her, and called and she just stopped responding. All I know to do now is make everyone else aware how painful it was going to her. We went in there as polite and professional as possible only to receive the opposite treatment from her, money out of our pockets (I mean, we were going bankrupt so we obviously didn’t have much), and terrible service. Do yourself a favor and don’t make the mistake of going here like we did!

This lawyer is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She botched my mother's bankruptcy. Left out vital steps such as filing bankruptcy on the taxes on the vehicles as well as letting the line holders know the cars where filed in bankruptcy. Then when it was discovered the taxes weren't filed on the only response was, I'm sorry nothing I can do. The lawyer had to be reminded as to what we were there for and what she was doing for us everytime we went in. It was complete madness. Do not use her. The secretary does the work instead of the lawyer. Rediculous
