I received a moving violation in Bland, VA. The speed limit is 70 but anything over 80mph is a reckless operation charge (6 points and a misdemeanor). For $250, I just needed to send in my clean driving record, took a 1-day remedial driving course, sent in the paperwork and they let me know that it was brought down to a equipment violation (non-moving violation - $250 fine). It was simple and they were very transparent. I would recommend for anyone in my situation! Shannon was awesome!

I'm from out of town and received a moving violation while passing through. Discovered LC&M through Google search and I agree with the reviews. My interactions were limited as I only spoke with their office manager but honestly that was likely all that was necessary. It was a simple case of sending them my ticket, license, check for $250, etc. They informed me immediately of the result of my court date. Never spoke with the attorney directly, but of course, don't think it was necessary. I would absolutely recommend them for moving violations (I can not speak to their other work)

I came to LC&M to get a land deed drawn up. I made my appointment and met with Mr. Campbell a few days later. I explained what I needed done and he said he would get everything going and be in touch with me when it was ready. I called after about a week or so, and spoke with Ethan who told me that it would be after the first of the year before they could get it done as this is a very busy time of year for for them. I explained to him that I was really hoping to get it done before January. He apologized and said he wished there was something more he could do. Lacy, Campbell & Munique did an excellent job of handling my reckless driving citation (i.e., speeding ticket). I received a speeding ticket on the interstate highway in Bland County Virginia. Unfortunately, VA laws classify many speeding tickets like mine as "reckless driving". Shannon Umberger at LCM was very helpful in explaining my options, so I hired LCM to represent me and can say they did an incredible job. They were able to significantly reduce the penalties associated with the ticket. Shannon was excellent with her communication, and she responded to all emails in a timely fashion. I @ first thought Chris knew what he was doing from 2005 until 2008 when my oldest daughter Nevaeh Lee Parks was wrongfully taken but as time goes by I've learned so much about my case that went wrong my drug test was mixed up with a black girl from Pulaski Va with almost the same name Angela l Parks she had alot of dealing with Pulaski DSS & it was never asked why my daughters birth records said I had been well known by Pulaski DSS that wasn't true & that the medical records were not signed wait a minute not one attorney on either side had ever seen them until I got them myself why didn't Chris do things different I've now got a Investigation started on the Doctor ( Dr. Gary whishart) I've already spoke 2 her in Tennessee I'm sure she will contact Chris & all the people she can about a custody case gone wrong I just fell Chris didn't stuck up for me enough I'm sorry I've got 2 other beautiful babies now but I feel its time for Nevaeh & her 2 younger have sisters 2 meet & Chris along with the others involved she make it happen because of one thing medical history my Nevaeh needs 2 have checked out

As a father and husband with children it is my belief the Mr.Munique did not use good moral judgement in a case involving my wife as the guardian ad litem. I believe my wife was discriminated against because of my time served in the US Army and now current Veteran status. Accusations of mental instability and sexual misconduct where thrown around with absolutely no evidence of such items.
