Was referred to Mr. Minor and couldn't have been happier . Used him for a car wreck I was involved in where other driver had no insurance so had deal with my uninsured motorist. Mr. Minor got everything worked out and completed very fast and fairly. Couldn't have ask for a better experience.

I used Dan as my personal injury attorney beginning in 2013. Huge mistake recognized too late. He is in his 80’s and had no knowledge of how to use a computer to start with. During the first year, he only spoke to me twice. In a letter Dan sent me, he acknowledged several phone conversations with the Workers Comp attorney and found him to “be very nice and easy to talk to.” I should’ve switched attorneys at that point. Workers Comp and Dan got more than I did in the final settlement. I also used him to help me with an opioid addict who had stolen my property. I had enough evidence to give the perpetrator 11/29, but Dan went to court on my behalf and had me drop the charges because he said he could convince the perpetrator to return my belongings. Right after court, I went to retrieve my belongings and was attacked by another meth addict who broke my leg. I called Dan before the police arrived. He refused to do anything and would not represent me about my belongings or the attack.
