I would give them 0 if I could. We've had nothing but issues since day 1. Right before the court date THEY DROP my husband as a client and day " your case isn't good enough" and then say that HE ( my husband) dropped them. ( BIG FAT LIE) We scramble around to find a lawyer to present the case and found a really good one. He presents the case and wins ( the new lawyer) well this "lawyer" thinks he deserves something for doing nothing as well as copying and pasting my husband's signature on a fee petition and my husband wasn't even there. When you call you get some secretary who don't know what is going on, the lawyer won't call you back and they will lie on legal documents. If you have them or are thinking about getting them to represent you in a legal case... My advice is to RUN FSF AWAY! They pretty much took money that didn't belong to them and they got away with it just like they do with everything else. It's very sad.. This is to let everyone know what they're really like.

They drag their feet there's a better company called allsup they charge a flat fee it will not take your case unless they win they got my back pay and everything within 18 months and they did all the work this company makes you do all the work and they take 25% what a rip off and my friend still hasn't got hers

They got mine with full benefits. Only took 18 months.
My ex husband is using them also. They just went to court & attorney seems to think he will get it.
Like any other cases, make sure you have medical evidence of every illness!

These people were wonderful, from the ladies who answered my calls to the lawyer who represented me at my hearing. They took care of everything and answered all my questions anytime I called. They were more than professional, they were kind and caring and made a difficult time much easier. I highly recommend them! I also highly recommend Jason Marshall, the attorney who represented me at the hearing. He was very knowledgeable about my case and walked me through the process of the hearing. i would give them a zero if i could. i never met with my lawyer one time before literally 2 minutes before my court date. he sat there did not ask one question not even when the state hired witness said i could not work this was his chance to drive home the fact but he just sat there. he didn't call one witness nothing i would have been better off to go in there by myself because then i would have known that i was on my own!!!!!!

People never use these lawer's. they will take your money never done anything for me, an 50 other people I know.An they are all TV.

But....Suppose mentally ill ppl made fun of you for having a REAL PHYSICAL DISABILITY.. MENTAL ILLNESS IS A DISABILITY. REAL AS WELL, DONT BE AN A$$. MAYBE HAD YOU TRIED...THE GOING TO BE EVALUATED.... WAS THAT WHAT THEY ASKED YOU TO DO YEARS AGO,? I SAY YEP YOU'D BE DOUBLY PAID AND NO AXE HERE TO GRIND. SIR..... LOL make u menally ill in court? LOoks like mental evaluation at that time, was fairly warranted....and is to this day. But so FAR, SO GOOD.. I SAY IN MY CASE,. KEEP U UPDATED. :-)

Wouldn't take my son's case for SSI because we have too many vehicles even though they were overpriced and I had them put in KBB and the vehicles were not worth what SSI said. The said sell the vehicles and then they'll take the case.

I gave 1 star and that is a minus 1 star. If you have a physical disability and not a mental disability, please do not hire this firm. They only know how to win a case if they can prove you mentally ill in court. I was in a traumatic 4 wheeling accident with substantial injuries in 2013 and hired this firm after all my surgeries. After waiting 3 years and refusing to seek mental evaluations and taking prescription medications, they told me they could no longer help me. There was one catch though, I could re-file my claim if I went to a local medical facility and asked for "counseling" and put myself on "medication". So My advice to anyone with a REAL physical disability, seek another firm and ask a lot of questions about the practice before you decide to hire them. The "good 'ole boys" at Wolf Williams Rutherford and Reynolds can only win a case if they can make you mentally ill in court. Even I could be an attorney at this mom and pops firm.
