Absolutely horrible attorney. He took on a custody case in October 2016 and finally this week (August 2017) I fired him and found a real attorney to handle the case. He will procrastinate and make every excuse in the world why he hasn't proceeded, all to bill more time. Will not return phone calls, rude office staff, no follow-through, no communication. Always had to be "refreshed" about the case, never knew my child's name or situation. Be your own legal counsel before hiring this man - save your money, he's awful.

They were soooo beyond quick to take my money and take months to respond back to me. Finally I called them 5 months later for an update and they say, "Oh we sent you a letter." Turns out they even had the wrong address that I never gave them. No one ever called to confirm the letter or verify the address. PLEASE AVOID THIS LAW OFFICE!!!!

Attorney Richard Panosh represented my son for a traffic violation and the case was dismissed. I am very pleased with his service.

I hired this attorney because i was told I'd only be charged a one time fee of $500. So, I was under the impression I'd not be charged a cent more. The case was for my first traffic violation ever, a dui. My alcohol level wasn't even high. I blew a 0.9 when the legal limit is 0.8. Mr. Panosh only spoke to me once, for no longer than a couple of minutes, the entire time he was representing me. The last day of court he did nothing but tell the judge this was my first offence, I completed community service and I had a low alcohol level. Well, I had my driving privileges revoked for one year. And, after court he says " you'll have to pay me another $350 in order for me to help you recieve a restricted license." I could have represented my self and had the same outcome. The cost of hiring him was more expensive than the court fees, alcohol assessment etc. Next time I'll just go with a court appointed lawyer.

My experience with this Lawyer was beyond the worst service anyone can pay for! I met with him initially and then I called to see if he had done anything/research on the case (traffic case) He informed me that trying to find the driver was too much work and would be to expensive for me; so I was naive to the situation I went with it (should have found another lawyer at that point) next visit was at court 5Min before my case I knew I was doomed and I was he said nothing at all in my defense!
