Chris is without a doubt one of the best attorneys in the New River Valley. As a former Deputy Clerk that watched him very closely in and out of the courtroom with his clients, Chris always goes above and beyond what is expected. Chris puts his clients first and treats them with great respect. Several of my family members have been clients of Chris' for their wills or even for criminal charges. Chris is always very responsive to his clients and gives them his full attention during visits/phone calls/court. If you are looking for an attorney to work for you, treat you with respect and also be honest with you then Chris is your man.
We have found Chris Tuck to be very knowledgeable and VERY helpful when we have had need to call upon him. He has helped us down through the years in many ways and we appreciate him and his staff. If you ever have the need of a lawyer this is the one I suggest you call. He will do all he can to help you!

Mr. Tuck and his staff have always been helpful with any questions we have had or any negative situation we have found ourselves in. They have been a great resource to have whenever we have had problems involving civil litigation. They are very professional, knowledgable and are great at what they do.

Great lawyer who seem to care about clients. Went out of his way to do the extra leg work on my case.

Chris has helped my husband and I with items ranging from legal advice to wills. Chris and his staff are very welcoming, accommodating (we had to bring our 2 young children with us to sign documents and his staff helped to entertain them while we had a meeting with Chris.) and informative. I always have felt comfortable with his advice and decisions when helping us with legal matters.

My wife and I just finished working with Mr. Tuck in regards to our estate/wills. His team made the process very simple and I am so thankful that we had them to help answer the many questions that we had concerning our options. Chris is a great guy and his team does an amazing job.

Our experience here has been mixed. Litigation and negotiation skills great. However, paperwork is shoddy and his staff doesn't pay attention to the details, perhaps not as important as we thought. Numerous and stupid errors in the paperwork required us to point out errors that his staff should have corrected, if they were truly focused on the paperwork. Kind of confusing that a professional entity that relies on what is written and signed should care so little.

Christopher Tuck is a pioneering and brave public servant and attorney. Although I have not yet been fortunate enough to see him in action in the courtroom, his short tenure on the Montgomery Board of Supervisors alone speaks to his no-nonsense, common sense approach to what is vitally important to our community. Mr. Tuck has advanced such long-overdue initiatives such as the re-naming of local high schools; when it was pointed out to him that this would be at a high cost to the county and seemed to be a nakedly and spitefully obvious swipe at the Blacksburg Town Council, Tuck apparently grinned and stated that he better stick to his story that his motion only aimed to promote "inclusiveness" according to the Roanoke Times. I think that we can all agree as an aspiring politician, Tuck sets a bold example that is aimed at cutting through bureaucratic delays and distractions by our legislative leaders and inspires the zeroing on crucial issues that we need from our elected officials. All of this assures me that as an attorney Mr. Tuck must be a master litigator in the area of distracting from whatever case might be at hand and introducing an inexhaustible series of irrelevant arguments and wasting everyone's time and money. Bravo!
Sometimes we just have to honor our elected officials for their integrity. When republicans in congress defended the honor of our great nation by renaming "French fries" as "Freedom fries," Chris Tuck was not only taking note but was clearly inspired. Taking this kind of semantic intervention to a new level within local politics, Tuck has set the stage for a new era of freeing politicians to bastardize our very language for the purposes of their own whims and political vendettas. Truly inspiring.
