My current paid lawyer since February has not shown up to court on 2 occasions I'm due for trial in 2 weeks he doesn't respond to my texts or calls for weeks then just gives me a response about how the prosecution wont allow something when he didn't talk to them. He belongs disbarred.

Mr. Casker is a con artist he takes peoples money and never calls or shows up for court my husband is sitting in jail right now because this so called lawyer didnt come to court. He is the one who should be in jail for taking money and not doing what he was paid to do!!!

He wouldn't listen to my questions I had.

No phone calls,no answered questions,

I met with Mr. Casker during a custody dispute that was quickly approaching. He met with me discussed my case, he contacted the other party’s lawyer and we were all able to come to an agreement before the court date. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I was satisfied and not pressured into the agreement.

Not about the children at all more about the side he decides to pull for.

Have not been pleased with this lawyers communication or the lack thereof. This lawyer has not returned phone calls in a week- may not sound bad, but when your loved one is incarcerated waiting for the laywer to file for court dates, this is a long time. My family member has been sitting in jail for longer than the offense would have even required- and still no court date. Let's not forget it was the lawyers' fault that he's in- laywer didn't communicate the date of the last hearing, resulting in a failure to appear. I would stay away from paying this laywer anything- i don't think he's even fit to be a court appointed laywer. He has been reported to the Bar and the BBB. Check his history- he has been reprimanded 3 times for these same issues already!!

Attorney Gregory T. Casker was paid to represent my family member, I paid him in full of what he was charging me. He never showed up in court nor did he refund me all my money. He never even submitted any paperwork to take over the case. I reached out to him several time and he continues to ignore my call. I'm reporting him to the Virginia Bar Association in reference to him you not refunding me my money, because I paid him for services that he did not provided. Hid unlawful and criminal behavior. What side of the law is the lawyer on. I was forced to give him 1 star in order to post a review, but he's not worth that 1 star.
