Do not use them..... My daughter was diagnosed with bilateral hip dysplasia 8 years ago. When my daughter was 2, a doctor in Culpeper realized that she was walking with a gate. My wife and I did our research and contacted Stoneburner. I felt confident in their ability, as they had currently won a similar case. Fast forward 2 years and a lot of story.... We are close to finishing our case, Mr. Stoneburner called me to tell me that his "expert" witness (I use the term "expert" very loosely) had a deposition in Chicago and we could expect to finalize everything when he got back (all was good)..... Well, the following Monday he called to tell me that the case was over and we could not win the case. He said, his "expert" witness blew the case and it was over.... Now my daughter is 11 years old and still has many Doctors appointments and they will continue until her last days. She was also diagnosed today with scoliosis, which in turn is associated with her hip dysplasia. After meeting with Stoneburner to finalize everything, my wife and I have not heard a thing from them. In good faith, I waited to write a review, but after today and the sadness in my daughters face, I decided it's time. I would run from this firm and their "expert" witnesses.
