I had the best experience with Commonwealth Law Group and if I could give more stars, I would. Seth Carroll was my attorney for my PI case and Gianna, his paralegal was nothing but amazing. I have not used clg personally but visited with a mutual client this week. I personally felt welcomed upon entering the lobby.
I also commend the marketing team for the lovely items I received for stopping by and the kind faces that made sure we had a pleasant experience. My client raved about this firm repeatly after leaving. I think this staff goes above and beyond and has an higher standard of execellence.

After 23 months and payments totalling
$16,119.55 i found out today that only $5632.84 has actually gone to pay down my debt. They have pocketed the other $10486.31 in fees and charges for their “program” so roughly 1/3 has gone to my debt and 2/3 to them. Does that sound like a good way to get out of debt to you???
Also, since they are doing monthly payment programs with 3 credit card companies i settled with, none of my cards are actually paid off yet at this time. They told me to stop paying my cards and let them handle it and not talk to the card companies. My interest compounded and now i owe much more than i did before i started with them and my credit score tanked exponentially.
There has been almost zero communication until i finally got wise that nothing was being paid off and i started contacting them to find out what was happening. Now i am trying to get a loan from my bank to pay the remander of the debt they got offers on and my bank tells me there are no payments to any of the cards registered on my credit history.
They approached me with a mailing at a most vulnerable time in my life. My income is from Social security disability for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The person who came out to my house to have me sign, rushed me through the process and none of the fees and how payments are structured was discussed with me. I was only told that an additional $59 would be added on for the mandatory educational program. So i thought the $700.85 i was paying them would mostly be going to paying my debt down. I now plan to go to the attorney general in my state to file a complaint against this group. Beware and RUN do not walk away as fast as you can if they contact you.

They want you to stop paying your credit cards, then months later they will negotiate a settlement with card companies. All of this hurts your credit score.

In october of 2016 I unfortunately had an accident at the bar I was working at and had severe damage to my hand, followed by several reconstructive surgeries over the past 3 years. I was put on Workman’s Comp, and decided to try and deal with it alone. Once things became overwhelming and talk of a settlement was brought up, I started panicking. I had NO CLUE what I was doing. I started asking friends who were civil attorneys and lawyers if they recommended anyone, and I had a friend recommend Commonwealth Law Group. I called and was immediately put into contact with Elyse Stiner. I explained everything, all that I had been through and was nervous about, and not only did she completely calm my fears about the upcoming fight for a settlement, she took over the case and put her all into it. I got weekly updates as they were available, and she always made sure to explain everything she was doing for me thoroughly and made sure that I was okay with it. I didn’t have to lift a finger after hiring her and her team! Commonwealth Law even sent me a card and gave me a call when my beloved dog passed during settlement hearings.
