Paul Dull has helped me every step of the way.”...........UPDATE.....My case has been going on almost two and a half years, so now I have a litigation lawyer that barely contacts me regarding my case or to give me any updates. Trying to get him or my case manager on the phone seems like child's play. I was literally told that my case manager was in a meeting around 10am and then told the same thing around 3pm. I left a message and her voicemail said she will return calls within 24 hours. My lawyer has never even sent me an email, something Paul Dull always did, even if it was just to see how I was feeling. Right now I feel like my case is being pushed to bottom of the pile and they will get to it when they can, or when they feel the need to. This is so disappointing especially when I felt so good about my experience in the beginning. So at this point I guess I'll do what I've been doing this entire time SIT BACK WAIT AND WONDER. Im going to keep the 5 stars but only and ONLY because of my experience with Paul Dull but right now they are sitting at 2 stars and that's for the polite lady's that answer my the phones.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from GMA! I interviewed a few firms prior to going with GMA and what impressed me the most in the beginning was that Geoff called me and spoke to me personally to answer my questions after hours. That was the level of service I needed when I was going through one of the worst times of my life. Justin, my attorney was extremely knowledgeable, ethical, honest, upfront and set realistic expectations around time and outcomes. Most notable is his Paralegal or Legal assistant Kara K. Kara was absolutely amazing. Her service was comparable to the Ritz. I am extremely happy that i chose to work with GMA. I was in my first big accident at the beginning of the year and i was inconvenienced with being out of work and having to go to physical therapy. GMA Team talks a big game about how well they will take care of their clients - even boasting in their television ad about their "web portal" ( to keep their clients "informed about the status of their case" ) but, once I signed up with them, it was a COMPLETELY different story ! They were my attorney for three weeks and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING other than unnecessarily postpone my Workers Compensation hearing because they claimed that there wasn't enough time to prepare for my case that was still FIVE WEEKS away at the time. At first, I didn't have a problem with this but, it quickly became apparent that hiring GMA was a mistake after EVERY phone call, voice message and email went unanswered until calling the main number and complaining, then, all of a sudden, the person who was just "unavailable" was miraculously able to take the call and offer some lame excuse for being unfamiliar with important, time sensitive information that was sent in emails and web portal posts or referenced in voice messages. Even phone calls to Geoff McDonald were never answered and voice messages left on his cell were never returned.

After realizing that continued representation by GMA was definitely not in my best interest since they had displayed NO interest in speaking with me or doing anything constructive with my case, I sent an email to Mr. McDonald, my attorney Mr. Carr and, my "case manager" Cheryll advising that I was immediately terminating their "representation". I never received a single phone call or email in response to that email either.

Dear Mr. McDonald,

Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to respond to my negative review, summarizing my negative experience with your firm. This seems to be a "Form Letter" response to any negative reviews which includes a hollow invitation to contact you on your cell. I received the same hollow invitation after hiring your firm for my representation too and, not one but TWO calls to your cell number went unanswered, my voice messages were never responded to either so, what is it exactly that you would like to discuss NOW, that you were unwilling to discuss when you were my attorney? What could you possibly say after you and your employees repeatedly ignored my emails, voice messages and "web portal" posts when I needed your professional advice and guidance?
Even after sending my email to terminate my representation by GMA, you couldn't be bothered to reach out with a phone call or email but, in response to my review, you are suddenly "concerned" -- Please....

No, Mr. McDonald, I will not be calling to discuss my experience and comments because there is NO EXCUSE for the total disregard you and your employees showed when they were SUPPOSED to be there to help and were not.

I did not know what to do with my workers compensation problem and I was in an extremely difficult situation, but I received immediate personal phone calls from this firm on a weekend specifically, from Attorney Richard Talbot. Rich took the time to explain to me in terms that I could understand what to do, what not to do, and most importantly what their firm was going to do for me! I admit, at the time I wasn't sure if it was just a sales pitch to retain my business, but I figured since they had taken the time on a weekend to call me back several times to answer all the questions I had and the ability to explain things very clearly, then if this was the type of service I was going to receive moving forward it would be great.

As we moved forward this Law Firm and team of paralegals were always available for me or my wife to answer our questions and guide us through a difficult and frustrating process with workers comp. Rich and his team always took the time to make sure my wife and I understood every step of the process legally and always broke things down into simple terms we could understand and follow. What about results? One of the most reassuring benefits of this firm (besides their excellent personal service and legal knowledge) was their confidence in explaining to us the value of my case and what amount of money would be acceptable to settle and just as important what amount was unacceptable value for the case. Please note, while nobody can guarantee you specific results, this firm was damn close from the beginning of the case to the net number we finalized on and had discussed throughout the duration of the case. A settlement was secured in a timely manner and never once did my wife and I have to be concerned with our representation, as this firm made it clear to my wife and I that they always were working for our best interest!
