Very rude when using written correspondence. Charged unexplained and unnecessary attorney fees that jacked my debt up even higher. I can’t wait until they are out of my hair forever

I paid off my husband's debt and they still proceeded with a garnishment. They didn't notify the court that the obligation was fulfilled. Worst experience ever!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!

The collections department sent someone else's personal information statement letter along with mine to my home. I just hope they haven't sent my statement letter with my personal information on it to anyone else. Incompetence is the word I would use for their collections department. Very unprofessional of them to not take the time to send statement letters to the person on the statement letter.

Called for assistance, Tanya was rude and attempted to be condescending. There is such a thing as professionalism in the workplace, the encounter I had was lacking.
