Absolutely worst lawyers office. Receptionist was rude and nasty. They refused to work with me on payment plans. Demanded half the money up front. Clearly this lawyer is only about money and doesn’t care that people struggle. Not to mention it’s hard to get a hold of them.

This firm has told me 3 different dates. With 4 different amounts! They say I owe for accident that was in Fredericksburg va and ive never been there. They won't give out no info unless I have a lawyer. The amounts go from 7,000 to 1175 to 750. To 1000 This is biggest joke . I think this is a Scam! And I will fight this from now on.... This is totally ridiculous.. Ive nevwr been jailed there never been there. Don't even know where this is!!!!
They kept hanging up on us. I cannot get my Tenn license back because of this is so screwed up.....
WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!

Been paying them for years. Came in with my supposed last payment two years ago. Now I’m trying to buy a house and this debt is still on record so I call them and they tell me it was never fully paid and now I owe another 900+ dollars for interest over the last two years. This is ridiculous. I’ve paid my damn dues leave me alone. Original debt was 2500 and I paid over 3000 when I was making payments. Now an extra $900. Just because some random lady paid a quarter of that to the courts to take over my supposed debt that I never agreed to in the first place. I’m sick of people making tons of money off me just because they have a deal with the government. That’s called extortion which is illegal if I do it to someone. Her policy of no credit or personal checks is just a way for her to make sure people miss payments so she can earn extra interest. Is she takes your debt from the courts and you work a mediocre job then you are screwd you are goin to lose your license and spend a ton of more money

I must concur, unfortunately. with these low ratings. I think most of the comments here are too kind. There is an understanding regarding the nature of this job is; but, her zero tolerance attitude comes from only a place of those entitled possess. It's an air of arrogance and the inability for flexibility beyond comprehension. How anyone manages to succeed in life or business this way is a mystery. But, God knows all and He is just; some day what is sown will be reaped in one way or another; this according to His word. Amen.

I had a car accident back in high school in 2008. I have been paying a dept since then at a 6% increase yearly. Back in 2013 I joined the U.S Army Active duty. I kept up my payments as promised even though my sum total rise 700+ a year. Well this year I PCS' D ( moved) to fort hood texas and could no longer hand in my monthly note. They told me no way I could transfer the funds, it's either cash or check by mail. So I mailed the monthly note in for a year and a half. Then I prepare for a deployment, I call again and tell them "hey we aren't going to have access to checks while overseas" they tell me to get family to send it in. I tell them I don't have family. They tell me that while I will be deployed my license will be suspended and when I get back stateside I would have to pay 2000$ just to get my license back. I was utterly shocked that they would note work with me on this. They have no sympathy for the troops while we are deployed. They do not care as long as they get their monthly payments. I wish these types of people would be called out on NATIONAL TV and be shown to the NATION that these snakes do not care for you.

But for now, I'm having to pay random people to take her my monthly payments via wire transfers. I will gladly pay her in nickels for the rest of my life to say "THANKYOU FOR SUPPORTTING OUR TROOPS."

Collection fees are ridiculous. Most or should I say majority collection fees are a 25% mark up of what is owed. Over $200.00 + 6% annual interest + $53.00 court cost even its paid prior to court date. OUTRAGEOUS i tell you. My personal opinion - its a little bit unfair because all monies collected is your money honey. ACCT holder has already claimed remaining balance bad debt insurance so you owe them nothing. A room for NO negotiation is uncivil as well. See you in court! Unjust I say...May the Lord watch over me and thee while we're absent from one another; in Jesus name I pray.
