I wouldn’t use this law firm . I actually worked for them and saw how they work . They don’t stand up for you, ignore you and take all your money . Find someone else . They act nice at first but don’t follow thru . Find a nicer place where you will be respected .

This law firm was able to get a judgement for a garnishment of my wages. I paid the garnishment in full and sastified the debt. 2 months later my company still garnished my wages. After several voicemails and faxes I tried to send to this place, I finally emailed two assistants my information. I received a phone call within two hours. The woman was very rude and inconsiderate as if I wss the inconvenience. She rudely stated that it was myself and company at fault. So what she meant was they could let my company know to take my money but can't let them know not to.The debt had been sastified and two months later information had not been updated by the law firm itself or Henrico county .I want my funds back! I was never rude or dishonest about the debt. RUN! I've personally worked with Mceachin and Gee and they are wonderful.

Don't work with Jeffrey Oppleman he will take your money and drop your case for no reason. I paid $1800 back in October and we went to court once and he sent the other attorney paperwork and that is it. I haven't received any chid support nor my healthcare reinstated by my estranged husband. It is now July and he dropped my case for not providing paperwork three days earlier than they are due. Jeff also cursed at me and isn't organized. I did alot of the leg work for my own case. He also dropped other clients. I will report this firm ASAP

Today I watched a defendant ask to set the matter for trial 3 times in open court in front of witnesses. I watched a member of your office over talk her and convince the judge to render a judgment while the defendant became flustered and was reduced to tears as she asked the matter to be set for trail. Henrico GDC 10am docket. I don't know if this was because she is from another country? A young woman? Or simply routine practice for your firm. But it was horrific.
