What can you say in one short paragraph about a man that sincerely believes in right and wrong and is willing to work and fight relentlessly for someone he believes in. For me that guy was Brian Tacey. Without getting into extensive details of my situation I will simply say Brian has done more for me than I could possibly ever repay him for. If you ask me to use one word to describe Brian, that word is heart. I have my freedom today because of him and he'll always be far more than just an attorney to me. Brian is a friend!

Jurach (left in Pic) is very busy and often very hard to get ahold of, but this guy is in the legal game all day. He's experienced and does a great job but the lack of communication was stressful. Overall not terrible because he's a great lawyer and knows his game well.
His name is Jurach like Jurassic (think T-Rex) don't worry he won't attack you, but he attacks your case.

Mr. Tacey sucks as a public defender. I have been trying to contact him for 2 weeks and he still has not returned my phone calls. I BET IF HE WAS GETTING THOUSAND OF DOLLARS HE'D COME A RUNNING. HE IS UNPROFESSIONAL. I WISH I COULD I COULD REPORT HIM TO SOMEONE.

Effective is an understatement for them, at least it is for Mr. Quitiquit. After getting nabbed with a reckless driving due to speed charge in one of the rare times I go through Virginia, he worked diligently from front to back on getting the best possible solution and was extremely helpful and responsive along the way. He walked me through the process and assured me that he would get the possible outcome, in which he did to the point that the charge was dismissed as long as I went through some driving education. I could not have asked for a better result and assuring service throughout the entire time and would certainly recommend him to friends or hire him again if the same issue came up once again.

Tony Quitiquit is an arrogant unprepared attorney from the J Q Law Firm and I would stay as far away as possible. Tony took or money and basically ignored us or our input for weeks prior to the court date and when that day came he was so unprepared and unprofessional that the Hanover Public defender made him look like an amateur.

Great experience with Mr Tony Quitiquit, and that's an understatement. Just as I thought there was no light at the end of the tunnel he came through for me. Went from thinking I was getting a DUI and Suspended License with possible jail time, to all charges being dropped. Kept me updated and thoroughly felt he cared about my Case personally. I did not feel as I were just another case on his desk, very very awesome experience. Well as good as it could be under the circumstances. He saved my career and now I will be able to serve my full 20 years and retire form the Marine Corps because of this man. Highly recommended.
