Good attorney

I have depended on Jay for all my family and business legal needs for several years. He has always exceeded expectations in being assessable, communicating legal advice, and performance in the court. His legal document preparation is excellent. He has prepared well thought out Wills and Powers of Attorney for me and my family. I am impressed with his respect for the legal system in our area and recommend him to anyone searching for an honest, hard working attorney.

Definitely needs to learn how to talk to people. The tone is his voice was very aggressive & he was very rude during the consultation. I asked for a brief overview for my parent to hear and he acted like it was fine until he spoke with him over the phone... easily could have said that was a problem when I mentioned it.

Mr.Paul is a amazing attorney! You can tell he cares about his work and does the best. I would highly recommend him!

The absolute BEST!

I found Jay to be responsive, fair and authoritative.

He was very rude and egotistical. Tried to argue during the entire talk and put down the other lawyers that gave me advice. Even said, “more money for me if you wanna fight.” When did lawyers in family court stop caring about the families?

One star is too generous. When I met him, he didn't introduce himself, shake my hand or anything. I quickly realized he was arrogant, patronizing and condescending eventhough I mentioned I was a legal professional and I understood "the rules" he laid out just before the consultation. However, he repeated the same question, criticed the information on my intake form, continued to repeat his rules once again and continued to talk down to me as I attempted to move the consult along; I was not there to be chastised or scolled by him. After three minutes , I couldn't take anymore and I abruptly left! As I walked to my car, he followed me out and yelled at me outside the office door. I couldn't imagine retaining this guy, or that he was even an attorney for that matter. I have worked for many attorneys who have had egos as large as Mt. Everest, but this guy takes the cake!

To anyone out there who is considering going into business on their own, should really think hard and do your homework first. A word of advice from me, I suggest that you get familar with your local town or city. Find out about the zones and codings and all the restrictions that may apply in your area. Please do not become a victim like I was, be careful of a friendly smile and the sound of sweet music to your ears, because the tune will turn into lip sync.
A word of advice, please have yourself an attroney who will help you with the process and explain the pros and cons of the business. Thankfully I was intoduced to Michael A. Perdue Paul | Perdue Attroneys. They are straight to the point, honest, very determined know about the pros and cons and most of all make it an A+ great place to start for you!
