They sent somebody to visit me in the hospital and get my side of the story (totally free). I was assigned Mr. Crawford and told that we had a case. Fast forward about 9 months later and I received literally 14x what the insurance company had offered me. This is after the lawyer and medical fees as well. Cheryl L and Mr McCauley team are the best, Cheryl L answered all my questions,concerns, calls, emails over a two year period. Cheryl L has great communication even when I got worrisome or ask dumb questions she still answered the question and took time to explain everything to me each time. I went to the We Care festival with my granma and kids. We met your staff and Kathleen helped us find a ton of books for all four of us. We met later at the coffee shop (on accident) and my granma had questions about her social security. Kathleen was able to anser them in a way thatg we both understood. Even though my granma is not going to get more than she already gets, it was nice that someone taked to us and was able to tell us what could be going on.

Well .my name is Jackie Light I wish I could say my experience was good, it was not I was in an accident involving a tractor trailer. 2years ago I was a passenger my husband was driving he was never charged with the accident , because the level of my injuries my husband called this firm spoke to a MR JOHN SHEA. after he spoke to my husband we was advised he would take my case over I feel like I was forced to settle out of court I was forced to take the deal when we wasn't done with the negotiation stages I feel like my lawyer wanted a simple case I believe had mine gone to court and evidence was presented I had a good shot but my own lawyer I feel done what he wanted to do while I told my lawyer I would not settle for change if I even agreed to settling out of court I was left with facial scars I suffer from PTSD and I have major anxiety . my lawyer new I was not happy with the out come he even tried to turn it around and was not truthful I was charged 1 3rd for his part and I feel ..he definitely did not deserve that I was charged in my opinion trumped up or BS charges I feel like his assistant and others team members I spoke with more I'm so angry and sick to my stomach how could he. done me I trusted him he can say what he wants he knows I told him I would had rather gone to court people do your research before you hire someone over the phone. I will be gileing a complaint with the Va. state Bar I feel like he should refund me his retainer fee .. (Well I did call and you all did Nothing

I use to love this law firm. Until they decided to be a law office that picks and chooses which case is important and which case is not. My case happened and took almost 1 year and half for them to settle my case. They even had two attorney's come in I had never met take over my case and tell me I wouldn't win in Henrico Court because I was a black women. I am still in pain. Once I was told that and realized that they didn't care about me or my case after so long. I realized they care about color and their profit. The client shouldn't get less than promised and the law firm gets more because they get lazy and decide because of race they don't want work your case after they drag their feet on your case. If I ever get in another accident. I am calling another law firm that makes every case a priority and doesn't care about race or make it an excuse to not go to court to get what you're case is worth. This was my experience. Again I am still in pain everyday and no recourse. Pick another law firm.
