The best

I am sitting here listening to 92.1 with Christian "Big Al" Simpson talking about getting paperwork in for their accident by Nov 1st to get cases settled by the end of the year. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR SETTLEMENT FOR MY CASE. IT'S BEEN SITTING IN "NEGOTIATION" SINCE MARCH 2018. IT IS NOW NOVEMBER. He does not return calls. I had to call and remind him of my case!!! He thought he was caught up. This was in September. And guess what?? I reached out to him about a week ago... No response! If your case is not a big case, it is NOT a priority. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GUY. Not at all. How is he promoting his firm when he can barely keep up with his current load????

This experience was worth the wait!!! I just really want to thank everyone whom work on our case.. It was times I was worried about the length of time but it work out so well..I would recommend this law firm to anyone whoever is in a situation as we were.. Thanks a million..

Case moved relatively quickly

I worked closely with the staff of CAIL and my case was closed within 8 months from the day it was opened. I have never experienced a Law firm work so quickly and get the job done properly. I just want to say Thank you

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a lawyer. They do not keep you in the loop of what's going on with your case.I had to call numerous times to try and get in contact and every time the only person that was available was an intake specialist. I had left multiple messages for the paralegal on my case , not one of my calls were returned. Then I was notified by my insurance that they had dropped my case. Lots of misinformation given and truly a waste of time!! DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER IF YOU LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR CASE BECAUSE THE COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE!!!

Very good firm. They contact you wether it's by phone or email. And they are not here to get you they will help in every aspect even if they have to take a cut of their attorney fees. Me Simpson is a very good lawyer he will fight for you untill the end.
