C. David Sands, III. Esq is a trustworthy Attorney who guided my son through his appeals process. I am very impressed with Mr. Sands ability to get up to speed on the facts of the case and prevailed. I highly recommend Mr. Sands for legal representation.

While incarcerated I never saw my attorney once. But he did make himself available on the phone often enough I felt like he was annoyed everytime I called. Cant reccomend this firm but I cant say run away.
