I was disappointed in the fact that I spoke with Mr. Hanna, and he told me he could represent me on a reckless driving case. He was recommended by a family member while I was visiting her. He told me to send over my DD Form 214 and court documents and he will call back after he gets food. That never happened. My cousin told me to keep calling because he is a lawyer and they are busy. I called daily and left voicemails with no returns. I cried because I read his reviews and was really looking forward to his representation. If he couldn't defend me, that's all he had to say so I can find lawyer. I saw him in court the day of my trail and was praying that maybe he will come out and talk to me but that never happened. Luckily I had a great judge.
Also most correspondence was done through email convenient for both of us. Response time was exceptional.
A very kind person and helped us a lot in the ticket of my husband thanks to God is a person of confidence and this about the case of one we thank you very much and I recommend them.

I want to thank Mr Steven Hanna for helping us in the speeding ticket of my husband he was such a great help.
Una persona muy amable y nos ayudo bastante en el ticket de mi esposo gracias a dios es una persona de confianza y esta sobre el caso de uno le agradecemos mucho y se los recomiendo.
The same day he called me to ask about the details surrounding my ticket, and I decided to move forward with him. In the end he had my ticket reduced to defective equipment- no points!
He communicated by email(which is perfect for me) prior to the date and also on the court date to let me know the outcome. Very pleased with the communication and result.

Backstory: I was caught at a speed trap in Petersburg, Virginia. I got a ticket for $104. In order to protect my record and thus prevent insurance hikes, I asked Mr. Hanna to fight the ticket for me. Throughout the process while I was waiting for my court date, he kept in communication with me and gave me a thorough appraisal of my chances for dismissal, aggravating and mitigating factors, and any insider information which might be relevant to my case. He got my ticket dismissed pending my completion of 8 hour traffic school. I completed it, sent in my certificate and a check for the court fees, and that was that.
Fast forward a couple of months, and I received a letter from the court saying I'd been convicted of not paying court costs, and my dismissed ticket was un-dismissed. The check I sent in was never cashed, and I just never thought anything of it. I asked for advice on what I could do, and if I could retain Mr. Hanna's services again. He took my case, free of charge, and filed a motion to hear the case again. End result: case dismissed, traffic and failure to pay court cost convictions are wiped away.
