Michael LaFratta is the most responsive attorney I have ever worked with and I highly recommend him if you're looking for a lawyer in the Richmond area. Mr. LaFratta is honest and straightforward and really gives you an idea of what to expect. He did a great job of giving us the best and worst case scenarios so we knew exactly what might happen on court day. He also told us what he thought would be the most likely outcome, although he made it clear that the judge has the final say. He was highly responsive leading up to the court day via both email, text and phone. And he went out of his way to communicate with and even talk with the prosecutor in the Commonwealth Attorney's office in person to try to negotiate the best deal for my son.
