I contact Injured Workers Law Firm last year when I had an accident at work. Having a legal background over the years and hearing people’s nightmares with workman's comp I decided I should contact a law firm so that I had a relationship before anything went wrong. I sent an email to Injured Workers Law Firm with details and within a day I had email back from Sheena, I was so surprised. Sheena's email immediately began helping me navigate the system, she mailed me a packet with everything I would need and a CD for step by step processing. I thought I had covered every item of filing the claim, but I forgot a crucial form to complete on line with VA Workman's Comp (WC) for lifetime benefits. Even though my case was proceeding through the system ok Sheena stayed with me through the whole process, I wasn't even an official client, but I was treated as I were, and they were not going to let me fall through the cracks. If Sheena did not hear from me, she would contact me for an update, she is an amazing person as well a sharp paralegal.
Unfortunately, I reinjured the same knee this year. After reporting the injury to WC, I contacted Sheena again, once again she was right there to remind me what I needed to do. At first they were awesome but over time they will be hard to get a response and they will keep making errors which causes a lot of wasted time I would never give a referral to their office

After placing a 1 star review they contacted me and after some return calls they have threatened to drop me as a client because of my negative review I am strongly considering filing a complain to the bar association for this and my recommendation is stay far away from the law firm if you need help look elsewhere for your own sake.
