They are apart of the revenue generating racket going on with the speed trap. Had no interest in my story or gps technology (over his head??) that would have proven I was not speeding. Reduced it a few mph & took my money. The old woman who is the secretary doesn't have any manners.

Did a great job for me. Faced Reckless Driving in Virginia and got me down to a non moving violation. No points and just a small fine. I live in NY so he went on my behalf and took care of it all. Thank you Mr. Outten.

This is the worst lawyer in that county!!!! He has 3.7 reviews and thats to high!! I got my first soeeding ticket he did absolutly NOTHING!!! His secatary no nothing!! Rude ! He has no respe t from judges he never call me to do driving school he never call one time in a month but to adm for money!!! Do not waste your money with him you will be better off going to court yourself!!! He is cheap and you will pay for what you get!! He did absolutely. NOTHING FOR ME I COULDNT IF DONE FOR MYSELF!

I have nothing but good things to say regarding my interaction with Mr. Outten and his staff.

Provided my mother's lawyer with a very comprehensive list of evidence and photos that favored a verdict in our favor. Like an earlier commenter stated, the secretaries are extremely "short" with you. They act like government employees that are doing us a favor when speaking to us. To continue, my mother faced charges for getting rammed from behind by an 18-wheel tractor trailer truck. The cop was all "buddy buddy" with the truck driver and favored him over my mother was not their to defend herself because she the ambulance was taking her to the ER. She received two tickets to include one for not having a VA drivers license when she had a NC license. We clearly explained that my mother commutes back and forth throughout the year between my home in VA and my sister's home in NC. Mr. Whitby was not able to get that B.S. ticket drown out. Don't waste your money. Go with another lawyer.

Cares for their customers..

Whitby Law Office has high unprofessional secretaries and poor customer services. These ladies can be extremely rude. They don't give timely messages to the attorney's in the office. They avoid certain customers. Mr. Whitby does not return phone calls to potential clients in a timely fashion( 1 week). Whitby was referred by another law in this small town and he explain to me that he was an outstanding young law and was very informative on the topic I was interested in. In my humble personal opinion I believe this firm only wants to handle cases like DUIs. Quick cases where people have to pay upfront. One more thing, They haven't had a property tax sale in this town for over 4 years. People seating around owning taxes and living for free. There exercise is " We have to do a lot of tax search on the land" before the sale. Weid...
