Charles Gavin is very helpful even before he received a dime, I hired him when my husband's aunt died, a terrible time, " it's family" right?? Well, get your affairs in order because family is like two brothers fighting someone has to step in, and Charles Gavin did, we can rest easy now I feel, know we are in good hands.

In short, save your frustration and find an attorney that will help you by diligently seeking to meet your needs, fight on your behalf and not hang you out to dry.
He failed to make our interest his number one priority.
By the way he handled the case, it was apparent he saw the case as a way to make easy money.
When the time came to put the effort into fighting on our behalf, he was often absent.
Difficult to get him to follow up with emails/questions/calls for weeks at a time.
Very frustrating to work with.
Without prior notice, he told us if we don't close the case and settle within a week, we would receive nothing. This lack of communication on Charles Gavin's part left us with no option but rush to sign on the line.
Settlement was reached. We are now receiving medical bills from 8-12 months prior to the settlement being reached. All the other bills were paid for through the insurance claim. Gavin says we are responsible for these bills. Odd that 10 months after the visits the bills are are from we randomly get these bills. Again, dropped the ball and failed to communicate to us the need to at least check to see if they are any outstanding bills. It is also odd that we got the first bill for this 10 months after the date of the visit.
In short, save your frustration and find an attorney that will help you by diligently seeking to meet your needs, fight on your behalf and not hang you out to dry.
