excelente servicio, pecio muy económico gracias a Dios mi caso de visa U fue aprobado.
With all these qualities you would think they would the most expensive attorney, instead they are one of the most reasonably priced (I should probably say under priced) in the business.
They can handle scale - if you have 1 H1B or 100 H1B petitions they can do it for you.
One of our consultants wanted to remove Green Card conditions and during the consultation Dustin informed the consultant that, he need not hire attorney for this service as this is very simple and he can do it himself. It was this brutal honesty that clinched the deal for the consultant and he decided to retain the services of Dyer Immigration.
We have many many such exemplary stories but space constraint does not allow us to write them all.
My final thought on this is - If you have ANY immigration need, Keep your eyes closed- please retain Dustin Dyer and don't even bother asking for their fees- They are so- so Reasonable. For rest of things (other than fees) you will be patting yourself on the back the day you decided to retain them. Your search stops here and you do not have to search for options as they are the best.

The knowledgeable personal, especially the senior attorney Mr. Dyer was on point regarding every aspect of current immigration law. Was clear and specific on documentation requirements and the path for my case. No promises were made, all cases are based on the law.
I appreciated this very honest approach to a law practice.
I am very satisfied on my first step of (4)... more reviews to follow.
Happy client
(By the way, I still remember Mr. Dyer's assistant--I believe her name was Sharon--called me a short time after I agreed for my new lawyer to take over the case. I could sense she was a tad irritated and told me in an unpleasant tone that "you can't have two lawyers on your case! We're gonna have to transfer this case to this new lawyer of yours!", to which I gladly replied with a resounding "yes...that's exactly right. So please do whatever it is you need to do to make it happen. Thanks and good day." Click...
A short time after the lawyer reached out to us, we filled out more paperwork and got my wife "paroled in place" with an I-94 form in April of 2011. After gathering more money to submit an application for the I-485 application (adjustment of status / registering as a permanent residence), we waited a while longer and finally got our notice in the mail for my wife's "green card" appointment in Norfolk, VA in the summer of 2014. She's been a permanent resident ever since, and no doubt my active duty military service has helped move my case forward despite what Dustin Dyer has advised. All this would've never happened if I would've just taken Dustin Dyer's advice as gospel and not sought out help else where. No thanks to the Dyer Immigration Law Firm, I WAS able to make wrongs right, not worry about my wife being deported while I'm deployed, and move on with our lives. Dustin Dyer's needs to seek out information on how he can help US Service members with their immigration issues, rather than taking their money and telling them to wait, sit on their hands, and see if and when congress passes immigration reform. Its crazy to think that my wife and I would've still been in limbo if we'd listened to Mr. Dyer.
So in conclusion, I advice military service members to seek help elsewhere. Starting on base might not be a bad idea...I would've saved myself $600+ if I had started there.
PS
I WILL NOT name the name of the law firm that helped me because I will not implicate them in this matter. But I have instead left them an excellent and well deserved review.
Edit: The response they have is terrible and totally side stepping the question. I asked to speak to someone. I'm not paying to find out your rates. No hourly rate could be given as a quote. No pricing structure or estimate at all could be given. Then the gall to speak of ethics. Not only is this extremely uncommon, their competitors were happy to welcome me with great conversation and transparent pricing structures. Keep looking around.
Second Edit: I specifically asked for an hourly rate. I'm not paying to find out your hourly rate. I will shout it from the rooftops that you're the worst firm in town. It is *demonstrably* not common, as I've gotten quotes for both hourly rates and estimates on the entire process from *over six different firms*. Never have I received such poor customer service (note: this is the first bad review I have written -- ever) and you all should feel ashamed. You come on your google reviews to defend your shotty practice and wave ethics around? Pass. And potential customers should too. Just do the right thing next time.
