Not knowing the firm specifically, I went in for the initial meeting a bit nervous and apprehensive. Upon meeting Mr Harbison and speaking with him about the merits of my case I knew I was in capable and professional hands.
His dedication and those within the office (Kristen Hanson, Paralegal) showed both their depth of knowledge and individual concern over bringing my life back to whole.
Two years later, I can say with confidence that the SSID claim is now closed in the affirmative. My life is not "on hold" anymore and is back on a firmer footing.
Thank you to Gregory and of the fine team at Harbison and Kavanagh.
Respectfully,
Charles Richard Jones Jr.
It was the best move I could have made. The process was easy, they kept me updated on the progress of the claim and informed as to any information I would need to provide throughout the process.
I highly recommend this firm
A bald useless, inept, con and nothing more. According to his posturing atrocious headshots everywhere...because I never actually met any of these clowns/abusers in person, thankfully.
Life can get pretty tough while enduring the paperwork, process, and protocols of the Social Security System. Finding the right lawyer can seem a tumultuous task. Even when the right lawyer is found, endless questions seem to ensue like will he preform his duties in my case with none other than an unwavering, persevering resolve to represent me, and more importantly; win my case?
Sean Kavanagh did just that! He won a favorable decision for me, for my wife Kristie's Workman's Comp case, then three years later won her Social Security disability case.
We live in South Central Pa. Sean represented my wife, IN PERSON, at the Altoona Social Security Administration Office, at Altoona, Pa. His integrity and perseverance, coupled with his knowledge and articulation of the law, prevailed for me and my wife.
It should be noted that, although Sean won my wife's case, when he saw that the math didn't add up with her one time payment, he promptly filed an appeal to resolve the issue. The appeal is pending, but I have little doubt to its outcome. I would trust my family to none other than Sean Kavanagh. Bet on that!
