This was the worst Law Office I have ever been to. These people only care about making a dime for themselves. I am left responsible for bills and payments that I should not be paying at all, but when I tried to ask about why I have to make these payments still even when I was not at fault for anything they told me case is closed and it is nothing they can do. Do Not Go Here. They Do Not Care

Customer service at first was a bit rough but as I got to speak more with Brandon, it did get much better with time. My issue with the Massie Law firm is that I wasn't given all of the necessary information to make an intelligent decision upfront. He failed to fully research my case until AFTER I had given him my $456 fee. After I had paid, I was then informed that filing would not be the best avenue for me. This has totally destroyed me financially as I had to wait for the filing to be dismissed and fall off my credit. My credit score has been demolished- has gone down 200 points, and no, I am not exaggerating. If you're looking to file with Massie Law, make sure you get a full diagnosis of what can and cannot be done so that you won't be blindsided.

He has a terrible looking office. Paper was everywhere. How am I suppose to trust an attorney that's so unorganized. I don't care if that's unorthodox, that's just plan messy. Not to mention he just asked me a few questions and told me what I needed to bring him including his payment. I'm sure he'd get on my case eventually, but with all the documents scattered around his office, I kind of doubt he could find my case.

A year before visiting Massie Law Firm, I went to many others firms trying to decide if I was doing the right thing for my finances and myself. One particular firm; that will remain nameless, told me that I needed to deal with my debt head on and just pay them off little by little, and in the same breath ask me what I spend my money on and how I can move things around to get out of this situation. Sir, I said, you not hearing me, I don't have anything to move nor did I come in here for a financial counselor; I came in here for debt relief. I left in tears, but grateful that I did not give them a dime of my money.

A friend advised me to call Mr. Massie. I called him on a Friday, he told me my options over the phone, set up a meeting on Saturday, stop my garnishment on Monday and provided me with my case number on Tuesday. I enjoyed working with him because he is a realist and he takes care of business. He does not sugar coat anything, he tells you what it is but he let you chose your options. One of his greatest aspects is communication. He is on top of his emails, text messages and phone calls. I believe this man work cases in his sleep. Lastly, I was late for court and forgot my social security card, but Mr. Massie gave the judge a fair, clear explanation, not belittle me and the judge heard my case. The law office quoted $469 for a chapter 13. Then attorney Massey said his staff dont know anything about the pricing and it was $1000. I don't understand I spoke to 3 different people in his office they all said the samethinh. Good luck. He seem like a person that prey on people in need.
